Early-stage cervical cancer generally produces no signs or symptoms.
Signs and symptoms of more-advanced cervical cancer include:
Vaginal bleeding after in*******se, between periods, or after menopause
Watery, bloody va**nal discharge that may be heavy and have a foul odor
Pelvic pain or pain during in*******se.
Some early warning signs may also include:
Sensations in the va**na
Low back or abdominal pain
Unexplained fatigue
Frequent or urgent urination
Abdominal bloating
