My Firt attempt to Trail Run Nutrifresh Ultra Marathon....

I participated in a 25 km marathon and this was my first long run post ankle injury. I knew it wasn't gonna be easy but still gave it a shot and nailed it. After 20km the lastbllop was more of walk and less of run. Enjoyed a lot.

Track was awesome with plenty of elevation. Loose stones, Mud, some sand on the track had to watch every step to just avoid a fall or any injury.
The route support was super awesome and the push and cheering all the way was keeping me hydrated and pumped throughout the run. I was told by co runner that don't concentrate on time just take care of heart rate and avoid injury.....

Take a bow organiser for this superbly organised marathon. Special thanks to for cheering, supporting and clicking lovely pics throughout the run.....

Looking forward to next year for the same but I'll make sure it will be a better timing.

Full Marathon

It was the first ever TMM of my life which I completed in 6.08 mins.....

I had registered twice but due to injuries I couldn't run. But this year I had decided that I'll run and finish it. The training plan was set but couldn't abide by it due to the fitness batch and work. I have kept one thing in mind that I have to finish it.

The run started really well and It was going well till 30 km but things changed as the temperature started rising. Humidity started increasing and pain started popping head out. Left Knee and right leg calf muscle started aching. Applied spray and ice on the route and finished the run. It is not easy to run but I enjoyed the run. The route was amazing. For the first time I ran on the Sealink, Marine drive, necklace point,the peddar road.

An emotional feeling on completing the marathon. I was already informed of Things won't go as per the calculation. But I'm happy that I crossed the finish line on my legs. On the route I read on a hoarding by " your legs won't finish but your mind will ". Mindset is very important
Next year I'm sure I'll finish the marathon with a better timing. I would like to thank for training, mentoring guidance and inspiring to run FM. Also .yadav22 & for the running together on weekends....

Not an easy run but was not tough as well.....
When you have to do it, it needs to be done at any cost..... Didn't look how much time it takes just wanted to complete 35 kms......

Every run teaches new things.... The mindset was the key...... Hydration was good, just kept refilling the bottle of 500ml at regular intervals on the tea stall..... Started the run empty stomach but after 22 kms was feeling very low in energy a banana and small cadbury helped to recover..... The last 5 km was more of a walk and less of a run as the legs were tired....

Overall happy with the performance. Last weekend 28 kms was done in 4 hours today it took 3.46 hours. Better timing..... I still need to work on mileage......

Last run on the Adidas Adizero.... 5 years long journey with more that 2000 kms run. Thanks you'll always be my favourite.....

Sunday Long distance run.....

28 kms in 4 hours, bettering with pace..... Working on milage for TMM 2025
Target is no injury free run, doesn't matter how much time it takes, just want to end with a smiling face.....

Humid weather started late at 6.00 AM. Two incline paths on the route...... Forgot to carry water bottle so had to stop at shops to buy water, No Gels and salt Tabs but still finished it strong.....

Another weekend and another Half Marathon.....
Awesome weather, full moon through the first half of the run and then the sun for the later part..... I kept pushing myself to get the best out of me....
No walk throughout the run, maintain led HR to 145-150 ( need to work on this) Kept the pace of 6.50 to 7.00. No cramps no pain. I need to work on mileage and better the timing....
Till 18 kms the run was great with good hydration support last three kms was struggle on the route, traffic mismanagement took a toll. It took 2 to 3 minutes more to finish the run..... It's okay, it happens if there is a busy road on the route.....
Timing is better than 7 minutes than the last one....

Thanks to running group for motivation .
for the training plan,
For guiding on maintaining HR,
for motivating and For pushing me throughout the run...... Missed my fellow runner

Today's Marathon, CME Half Marathon.....Running HM after a Gap of 1.5 years...... Slow but Steady finished it in 2.32 hr...

Today's Marathon, CME Half Marathon.....
Running HM after a Gap of 1.5 years...... Slow but Steady finished it in 2.32 hrs without any discomfort......

Thought it would be easy after looking at the track on paper but when I started running I came to know it won't be. The plan was to finish it in 2.30Hrs but took 2 minutes more than what was planned. Worked on HR keeping it below 150 BPM. Overall a Good HM, time to train more and improve the timing.....

Marathon is like Me v/s Me......
Body and Mind says Stop but Heart says come in let's Finish it.....

A big thanks to my running group as it was possible only because of them..

But last year decided to go in 2024 and had decided will donate my Hair at Tirupati which is one of the Rituals....

Long time plan done and dusted. Donated my Hair.....

Feeling much more lighter and younger.....
