Great thing for startup meal that trains your body to use Fats for fuel instead of glucose. This is way body reduces weight faster.

Ingredients
1 tbsp - organic, grass fed, unsalted butter or
1 tbsp - ghee
(Don’t use Amul butter )
3/4 tbsp - Instant coffee powder
1 cup / 150 ml - hot water.
Pinch of cinnamon powder
1 tbsp - Raw cacao powder

blend these ingredients together in a glass blender and you can expect to get a frothy cup of coffee that looks like a cappuccino but tastes like a fake one . At least initially. Actually, It has it’s own delicious taste which i know, either you’ll fall in Love with instantly. You can add some stevia if you really feel like something sweet in the morning. It will be better to start without sugar. Then refrigerate , if you want a chilled version of butter coffee or else you can have it as regular way.

BENEFITS
It stimulates your body to start using fat as fuel instead of glucose and helps you reach your fat loss goals faster. And of course energy from fats are always high while in normal cycle our body consumes fuel from carbs.
