Knock, knock who’s is there?

Do we even care if there is something else within us other than our body and mind??

Or we just care about giving it a name🤷‍♂️

A soul ?

A god?

Divine power?

A cosmic energy?

Braham?

Or something else?

Do we even have the courage to look at this UNKNOWN, UNTOUCHED, MYSTERIOUS identity within and accept it,
Do we have the courage to let go off all the attachments of everything we call ours, let go off all the roles we are playing, and even let go off the idea of who we think we are.

Here are the six major factors which prevent Yoga, Union,from occuring.

The union of the two energy forces in the body, the balance of Ida and pingala,the balance of left and the right nostril👃 , the balance of left and right hemisphere of the brain🧠 ,the balance of parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system, the balance of lunar🌙 and solar🌞 energies,the balance of cold 🥶 and hot🥵 ,the balance of male and female energies of the body.

Yoga practioners must avoid all these activities which waste energy and distract the mind.

LOVE IS NOT AN ACT

Love is not an act, it is not something you do. If you do it, it is not love. No doing is involved in love; it is a state of being, not an act. No one can do anything continuously for 24 hours, with any act you will get tired, you will get bored and then you need to relax.
So if you are doing love,you will have to relax into hate, because you can relax only into the opposite.

That’s why our love is mixed with hatred. You love this moment and the next moment you hate the same person.

Love should not become an act but the state of mind. If you are in love,this is a state of mind.
When you are in love,not with someone,but just in love, as you are breathing.

If breathing were an effort you would get tired of it and you would have to relax and then you would die. If it were an effort, then at some time you might forget to do it and then you would die.

Love is just like breathing; If you don’t breathe,your body will die. If you are not in love ,your spirit can’t be born. When you are in live your soul becomes vital, just like it is breathing.

A workshop for our young at heart, full of wisdom, lovely senior citizens.

We all have parents,grandparents, uncles, aunts and neighbours around us, who have entered the golden age and have been labelled as senior citizens.

With this label comes a mindset that now physically they cant do much .Yes, with old age there are few changes happening in the body such as :

👉 Loosing balance and flexibility,

👉 Having less strength and stability,

👉 Reduced sleep quality,affected mind muscle coordination,

👉 Less agility and mobility in the joints,

👉 Chronic aches and pains takes place in our day to day life and many more issues like these happen

And hence we are coming up with this small workshop for senior citizens to take them through the journey of wellbeing and bliss.

Let’s encourage our lovely elderly people to experience freedom of movement, breath and mind.

DETACHMENT

Detachment is 100% involvement.

Let that blow your mind for a moment.

A lot of people think that the meaning of detachment is running away from your duties,from your relationships,from your responsibilities. That’s a big confusion.

Detachment is 100% involvement,involvement in what?

A complete involvement in whatever you are doing at the moment. Being invloved with whats happening in this moment with all your senses, with all your feelings, with all your thoughts, with all your emotions, with your body, mind, energy, and thoughts, that will automatically detach you from all the other things your relations, your work, your past and the future.
Detachment isn’t leaving everything and going to the mountains, but detachment is merging completely with the present and whatever your doing in the present moment.

👉This present moment is changing every moment,one cant even get attached to the present moment but still be one with it. And that will bring in the complete detachment from even the present moment.
Detachment is not even a painful process it is a playful process,it becomes painful when you are pushing yourself to go away from the things which mean a lot to you but if you just stay in the present moment and get merged with all the actions happening in present moment then it becomes a wholesome playful process and the magical part is this present moment we are talking about never lasts forever,and is ever changing.

So,get involved to experience the magic of detachment.

I asked a fitness trainer what is yoga:
He explained me it as a way to excercise,a nice way to increase flexibility (one of the major components of fitness),yes,it is.

I asked a covid survivor he told me that its a great way to increase lung capacity,ofcourse it is.❤️

I asked a yoga therapist the same question
He told me that its a great way to cure a lot of chronic disorders and lead a disease free life. Yes,I think it is.

I asked a psychiatrist he told me its one of the greatest ways to deal with so many mental health issues.

I asked a Yogi meditating ,he told me that its a way of union, a union of Atma to Pramatma. A union of the self with the higher self.

Definition varies according to the individual goals,according to the individual seeking,

The important thing to note down is that :
YOU GET WHAT YOU SEEK.
