Except in this case we're talking about your health and fitness..

How much "money in the bank" do you have?

Or have you put it off for too long?

Are you overweight, stiff and in pain, and sick all the time?

Or have you made your health and fitness a TOP priority? So you can live life to its fullest in your healthiest body?

So many people work so hard their whole life just to spend all their time and money in retirement recouping their poor health..

I saw it when I had to do interaction with so many people!

Consistently strengthening your body and working on your mobility is the equivalent of saving for retirement.

In my opinion it's never too late to start making positive changes for your health..

BUT, just like with finances, the sooner you start investing the better.

You can't afford NOT to invest in your health. It's your greatest investment.

You could have all the money in the world but if you don't have your health... what's it worth?

I want you to ask yourself, Are you making daily deposits into your health "investment account"?
And don't wait for 1 January 2024 to start this. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
The best time was 20 years ago and second best time is NOW!
