🌍 Malnutrition Awareness Week 🌱
Malnutrition is not just about being underweight — it also includes obesity and “hidden hunger” caused by lack of essential vitamins and minerals.

🚨 1 in 3 people worldwide suffer from some form of malnutrition.
It can lead to weak immunity, poor growth in children, and chronic diseases.

💡 You can help prevent it:
✅ Eat a balanced diet with fresh fruits, vegetables, proteins & whole grains
✅ Choose fortified foods when needed
✅ Educate your family and community about healthy eating
✅ Support local nutrition programs

Let’s work together to ensure no one is left hungry or unhealthy.

🌱 A little part of my journey... 💕

Lately, I’ve been thinking more seriously about preparing for pregnancy — not just emotionally, but physically too. I’ve learned that the journey truly starts before you even see two pink lines.

So I’ve been gently shifting my habits to give myself (and hopefully, one day, a little life) the healthiest start possible:

💊 Adding folic acid for early development
🥦 Eating more iron-rich foods and calcium for strength
☀️ Getting enough vitamin D and omega-3s for baby’s brain and heart
🧂 Remembering iodine and zinc for those tiny, important roles
🍳 Prioritizing protein to support every part of this process

I’m also being mindful — staying active, eating well, cutting back on caffeine, and saying no to alcohol and anything that might get in the way of this next chapter.

This isn’t just about preparing for pregnancy. It’s about loving myself now, so I can one day love a little one even better. 💛

Thanks for walking this journey with me. 🌸
