Foundation

Yoga Teach was founded by Himanshu Raj and Aanchal Raj in December 2019 after 4 years of working and learning in the field of Yoga! They realised how the real knowledge of yoga was deformed and misunderstood by most of the people and since then, their entire focus is on making people experience the real bliss of yoga.

Mission

Yogateach aims to educate and enlighten people about the age old, time tested techniques of yoga to enhance every aspect of life. The uniqueness of Yogateach lies in its holistic approach, of teaching yoga in its complete sense, and not just the physical aspect of it. We focus on Integral Yoga, i.e. perfect proportions of yoga for physical, mental, emotional and intellectual needs. We have realised how knowledge of our mind, devotion and service are as important as asana and pranayama for inner well-being and happiness!
