What is your go-to cooking oil? 🧈 OR What oil should you cook with? Everyone has their own opinion, and the research is polarizing, but here’s my take. 🔖
What cooking oil you use greatly impacts your nutrition and overall health. I consider what you cook to be very important to your nutrition since healthy fats keep your body running properly! ⁣
There are 'n' number of available in the market; while I prefer for cooking as it promotes heart health, improves skin and hair, doesn't change the taste of the food, and so more that I can't stop counting!!
Before jumping on my go-to brand lemme explain to you how this is prepared?!!!
Everyone is aware that is extracted from sunflower seeds, but the extracted oil will be in a crude state which is not edible.
So post-extraction the oil will be converted into edible with two processes :> One is the Chemical process( which is opted by most of the brands) and the other being the Physical process.
The chemical process involves the removal of natural vitamins and adding artificial anti-oxidants and vitamins which is not healthy. Also, this method includes high processing and usually extracted with chemical solvents, bleached then deodorized. While the high heat can also alter the molecular structure leading to the formation of trans-fats.
Howeva the physical method involves a natural refining process retaining all the vitamins and antioxidants naturally present in the sunflower oil!!!
After knowing about all these things, you'll be thinking about the best brand with the process?!! Isn't it ppl?!!!
So, my go-to oil brand for is Sunpure by M.K Agrotech!!!
Here are some points that I considered before choosing this brand:
They use purest ingredients
Completely Chemical & Preservative free
It Retains natural goodness
And finally, they are made with a whole lot of love!!!
What else you ask for!!!!
So just give it a try for once, for sure you will love it❤ Hope this video is useful for you!!!
Thank you!!!!

FOLLOWING YOUR OWN DIET OR - WORKING OUT IN GYM. SEEING NO RESULTS??????
Everyone assumes that, I am taking less food daily ( following some random diet from online) or by going gym will cause weight loss or better health.
Let me give you an analogy
Let’s assume your goal is to get good results in your exam
Now imagine
You don’t know the subject
You don’t know the syllabus. You don't know from where to start. You don't know what you started will help you to reach goal.
And you don’t have a Teacher or Mentor to guide you
So you go research on google and try and give the exam.
What do you think will happen ?
How much do you think you will get ?
This is the same with trying to do free workouts online or going to the gym and doing whatever you want or going for some walks and doing some random diets you find online.
Like everything you need a structured Program or Plan. Something that is like a syllabus that is designed totake you from point A to point B. Something that does not make you starve.
You can easily eat very little and lose weight but trust me the moment you start eating normally it will come back.
It is now my goal now to make sure every single woman who are struggling to lose weight will get good knowledge on how to lose weight which never comes back.
With proper guidelines and monitoring which we can achive your goal together in affordable way.
If you are struggling DM me. I reply to all dms and comments.
If you don’t know where to start, i am here to help you as ur mentor, as your personal coach will be in touch with you till the end of your program to help and guide for your concerns. lets do it together ✌🏻✌🏻

Eat Vegetables and Fruits

Vegetables and fruits are the "default" health foods, and for good reason.

They are loaded with prebiotic fiber, vitamins, minerals and all sorts of antioxidants, some of which have potent biological effects.

Studies show that people who eat the most vegetables and fruits live longer, and have a lower risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity and all sorts of diseases.

Drink Some Water, Especially Before Meals

Drinking enough water can have numerous benefits.

One important factor, is that it can help boost the amount of calories you burn.

According to 2 studies, it can boost metabolism by 24-30% over a period of 1-1.5 hours. This can amount to 96 additional calories burned if you drink 2 liters (67 oz) of water per day.

The best time to drink water is half an hour before meals. One study showed that half a liter of water, 30 minutes before each meal, increased weight loss by 44%.

Tip of the day. Get Enough Sleep

The importance of getting enough quality sleep can not be overstated.

It may be just as important as diet and exercise, if not more.

Poor sleep can drive insulin resistance, throw your appetite hormones out of whack and reduce your physical and mental performance.

What's more, it is one of the strongest individual risk factors for future weight gain and obesity. One study showed that short sleep was linked to 89% increased risk of obesity in children, and 55% in adults

Avoid Processed Junk Food (Eat Real Food Instead)

All the processed junk foods in the diet are the biggest reason the world is fatter and sicker than ever before.

These foods have been engineered to be "hyper-rewarding," so they trick our brains into eating more than we need, even leading to addiction in some people.

They are also low in fiber, protein and micronutrients (empty calories), but high in unhealthy ingredients like added sugar and refined grains.

Tip of the day. Eat Nuts

Despite being high in fat, nuts are incredibly nutritious and healthy.

They are loaded with magnesium, vitamin E, fiber and various other nutrients.

Studies show that nuts can help you lose weight, and may help fight type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

Additionally, about 10-15% of the calories in nuts aren't even absorbed into the body, and some evidence suggests that they can boost metabolism
