• Amul cream – 1 packet
• Monk fruit sugar – 4 tbsp
• Chopped apples – 1 cup
• Pomegranate seeds – 1 cup
• Banana – 1 (chopped)
• Vanilla essence – 1 tbsp

👩‍🍳 How To Make It
1. In a bowl, mix cream and monk fruit sugar.
2. Beat well until smooth and slightly fluffy.
3. Add all the fruits and vanilla essence.
4. Fold gently to combine.

Creamy, cheesy & comforting

🛒What You Need (Serves 2–3)
• Macaroni – 1 cup
• Butter – 1 tbsp
• Maida – 1 tbsp
• Milk – 1 cup
• Cheddar + mix cheese – ½ cup
• Salt & pepper – to taste

1. Boil macaroni till soft.
2. In pan, heat butter, add maida, stir.
3. Pour milk, cook till thick.
4. Mix in cheese, salt & pepper.
5. Add pasta, toss well.

• Spinach purée – 1 cup (boiled & blended)
• Butter – 1 tbsp
• Cream – ½ cup
• Garlic – 1 tsp (chopped)
• Salt & pepper – to taste

1. Heat butter in a pan, sauté garlic.
2. Add spinach purée & cook for 2 mins.
3. Stir in cream, salt & pepper.
4. Mix in rice & toss till coated.

• Cream – ½ cup
• Garlic – 1 tsp (chopped)

1. Heat butter in a pan and sauté garlic till fragrant.
2. Add tomato purée and cook for 3–4 minutes.
3. Stir in cream, salt & pepper.

• Mixed boiled vegetables – 2 cups
• White sauce – 2 cups (butter + maida + milk)
• Canned pineapple – ½ cup (chopped)
• Cheese – 1 cup (½ inside, ½ for topping)

1. Mix vegetables, white sauce, pineapple & half cheese.
2. Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese.
3. Bake for 10 mins till golden & bubbly.

🛒What You Need (Serves 3–4)
• Sweet corn – 1 cup
• Veg stock / water – 2 cups
• Cornflour – 1 tsp (mixed with water)
• Vinegar – ½ tsp
• Sugar – ½ tsp
• Salt – to taste

👩‍🍳How To Make It
1. Boil corn in stock/water.
2. Blend half the corn, keep rest whole.
3. Add salt, sugar & vinegar, bring to boil.
4. Stir in cornflour slurry, cook till slightly thick.

Serve hot with a sprinkle of pepper & a dash of soy for that classic Indo-Chinese touch.

🌾Rasam
Tangy, spicy & soulful

🛒What You Need (Serves 3–4)
• Tomatoes – 4
• Arhar dal – 2 tbsp
• Ginger – 1 tsp (grated)
• Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
• Curry leaves – few
• Sambhar masala / rasam masala – ½ tsp
• Pepper powder – ½ tsp
• Coriander leaves – handful
• Salt – to taste
• Oil – 1 tsp

👩‍🍳How To Make It
1. Pressure cook tomatoes with arhar dal, cool, blend & sieve.
2. Heat oil, crackle mustard seeds & curry leaves, add ginger.
3. Stir in masala, then pour tomato–dal mix.
4. Add salt, pepper & coriander leaves.

🍽️Serving Tip
Sip hot as a soup or pour over steamed rice with papad for a classic South Indian touch.
