When brain is in happy state, it floods the body with endorphins which heal the entire body. It is sort of natural o***m.
It is service of the body also. It detoxifies the body.
Enjoy the infinite tolerance of the trees, sweet smell of earth,plants and flowers. Listen the birds and enjoy their naughty plays. Make hundreds of new natural friends. Appreciate the value of trees which are here to supply you life saving oxygen without expecting anything. These teache us the idea of giving only.
Morning walk should be solitary. Go alone. At most with your wife and children. Then no talk of domestic issues. Talk only about the nature. I daily observe people going in large groups, talking about plots, business, loss and profits or backbiting. Morning walk and rubbish conversation can't go together.
I always go alone ,study the plants, and enjoy lonely long walks running into an hour or so.
