I'm Ajay Kumar ( A certified yoga Trainer ) from Delhi.

Motivated Yoga Trainer with Advance Training & Specialization in Hath Yoga & Ashtanga Yoga Principles. I'm passionate about influencing others to improve their health and wellness with my holistic (long-term) approach. I ensure each student hits their fitness goals through yoga. I possess a unique ability to customize yoga sessions and modify postures based on the learner’s physical and psychological needs. I ensure my students practice asana safely and make them aware of the pitfalls and dangers of an incorrect posture. When it comes to my qualifications-:
◆ Certified from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga in Delhi, which is India's one of the most prestigious college for Yoga.
◆ I have also completed my PG Diploma in Yoga Education and Human Science from LBS National Sanskrit University Delhi.
◆ Now I am pursuing Master's In Yoga from Uttrakhand. ( Final Semester )

( Apart From this I am also a Basic & Advance Course Certified Mountaineer From Himalayan Mountaineering Institute Darjeeling west Bengal. )

These 9 easy yoga poses work best when you hold each posture for the minimum time mentioned and focus on steady breathing. 🌿

🌿 How to practice this routine:
• Poses marked 1 minute → hold for minimum 30–60 seconds
• Poses marked 2 minutes → hold for 2 sets of 45–60 seconds
• Long relaxation pose 7 minutes → stay for minimum 5–7 minutes
• Maintain slow, controlled breathing in every pose
• Rest for 10–15 seconds between poses if needed

No rush. No shortcuts.
