Brisk walking is one of easiest and best ways to keep Fit, Healthy and lose weight.
If you walk minimum 7000- 8000 steps a day you can stay Fit.
If you walk over 10000 steps then you are burning more calories.
If you want weight loss then along with your daily workout see to it that in the entire day you complete at least 8000 steps.
Monitoring your activity daily is one step to success.
To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume.
If you burn 7000 calories a week then you can lose 1 kg a week.
So Start counting your steps from today.
