😊The mono diet is a simple eating pattern that involves eating just one food item or food group for all meals throughout the day.There are several types of mono diets and many ways to follow the plan.
Several variations of the mono diet have also risen in popularity, including the milk diet, carnivore diet, fruitarian diet, and egg diets...
😊mono diets may seem like a quick fix, but they do not promote sustained weight loss, nor are they conducive to healthy eating habits.

👉Here are two Sample Indian mono diet plans
(for short-term use only)

Moong Dal mono diet:-
Morning: Lemon water + soaked almonds.
Breakfast: Green moong dal chilla with mint chutney.
Mid-morning: Any fruit
Lunch: Moong dal chaat or a salad with moong dal, curd, and cucumber.
Evening: Green tea + roasted makhana.
Dinner: Moong dal and rice with salad.

Paneer mono diet:-
Morning: Lemon water.
Breakfast: Paneer chaat.
Mid-morning: Green tea.
Lunch: 100g paneer tikka.
Evening: Green tea.
Dinner: Paneer salad or roasted paneer

it's not like that..
It all depends upon what you eat, how much you eat, The quantity, the time,the food,calorie intake & many other factors...
जितना मर्जी खाइये पर उतनी calories burn भी करना है..
You have to eat in moderation to stay fit..
Eating in moderation means you should avoid excessive eating...

Means eating as much as your body actually needs, but not more than that, and eating mostly healthy food, but also allowing yourself to eat less healthy foods that you like every now and then.😋😋
