Organic Aloe Vera :
If a person burns himself or gets a mark or a wound while falling down on the ground:
a. Take a piece of Organic Aloe Vera. Cut its sides and grate it. Apply it on the area.
b. You can also use the grated mixture of Organic Aloe Vera and add a pinch of turmeric powder with a little water, blend the mixture in a blender and drink it.
c. Avoid milk and all dairy products, grains & cereals. Eat boiled vegetables, soups and salads.

Takmaria:
Specially in summer soak 1 teaspoon Takmaria in small glass of water overnight. Morning add 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Mix well & drink.
Or
Soak 1 teaspoon of Takmaria in small glass of water in afternoon. Before going to sleep at night add 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Mix well & drink.
Note: Don’t add milk or sugar.

Indigestion or Headache:

Take half a lemon, sprinkle 2 pinch of cumin powder, black pepper & black salt (also called Sanchal / Kala Namak)
Keep the lemon on a tong which has a scissor like action (also called Pakad) & keep on the flame in such a way that flame touches the skin of lemon. (refer the image)
You will see bubbles will begin to appear.
Remove the lemon from the flame and squeeze it carefully in a cup.
Add 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix well & drink.
Tip - You can do this half hour before lunch or dinner. You may want to continue doing this for a day or 2 to eliminate Indigestion.

Energy Drink with Calcium

Roast 2 teaspoon of White sesame seeds, cool it. Soak in water for 1 hr. After removing water make paste with jaggery and dry fruits. Add 1 cup of water. Stir it well & drink.(Avoid cashew & pistachio in case of high cholesterol.)
