बाज़ारवाद जब जब हावी हो जाता है तब बाज़ार बिलकुल विचार-विहीन हो जाता है और लोगों को इस तरह से गुमराह करने लग जाता है और लोगों को प्रतीत होने लगता है कि बाज़ार उन्हें ठीक वैसे सहूलियत प्रदान कर रहा है जैसे बाज़ार में उपलब्ध यह छिले हुए केले...

और इसे खरीदकर खाने वाले स्वयं को सहूलियत के लायक समझने वाले इस कदर गुमराही कें अंधेरे में धकेले जा रहे होते है और लोग समझ ही नहीं पाते...

इस तरह बाजार ने तीन काम किये, पहला तो यह कि आपसे सहूलियत के नाम पर ज्यादा पैसे वसूल लिया गया, दूसरा यह कि आपको शारीरिक व्यायाम से धीरे धीरे अलग करता हुआ आलसी बना दिया और तीसरा यह कि आपको बीमार सा बना दिया जिससे छोटे छोटे कारणों के लिए चिकित्सक के पास भेज आपकी भविष्य के लिए जमा पूंजी को अनावश्यक खर्च करवा दिया...

और लोग यह कभी समझ ही नहीं पा रही कि उन्हें केले छीलने के आसान कार्य से मुक्त कर प्लास्टिक की पन्नी को छिलवाने लिया जो कि केले के छिलके छीलने से भी बहुत ज्यादा मुश्किल है !!!

ठीक वैसे ही जैसे वामपंथी तथाकथित बुद्धिजीवी इतिहासकारों ने भारतीय सनातन हिन्दू सभ्यता और संस्कृती को बनाया...

क्योंकि सिर्फ केले का छिलका छीलना ही लोगों के जीवन का एकमात्र लक्ष्य नहीं हो सकता...

इसलिए बाज़ारवाद और वामपंथी विचारधारा से बचिए...

HOMEOPATHY MEDICINES FOR TINEA CORPORIS/RINGWORM
Bacillinum
A specific remedy. Also used as an intercurrent remedy. Disposition to catch colds and sore throats. Glands of the neck are enlarged and tender. Night sweats.
Cassia alata
A specific remedy. Apply Q externally.

Homoeopathic medicines for Cholecystitis

Chelidonium:
Constant pain in right scapula. Nausea in the morning with biliary vomiting. Pain in epigastrium temporarily relieved by eating. Distention of abdomen. Constipation with hard clay coloured stool and alternate diarrhoea. Pruritus ani. Urine dark yellow and foamy. Better after meals, by pressure and heat and worse in the morning, open air and by lying on the right side.

Carduus Maria**s:
Elective action on the liver and biliary ducts. Pain on the left below the ribs. Bronchial asthma of allergy type. Vertigo with backward falling. Constipation with hard knotty evacuation, expelled with great difficulty or diarrhoea with alcoholic-bright evacuation.

Podophyllum:
Pain in epigastrium with distension and sense of vacuum therein. Longing for acid food with great thirst for large amount of water. Diarrhoea painful, green, watery, too profuse, fetid, expelled like water jet, alternately constipated as under Chelidonium.

Chionanthus Vir:
Liver affections accompanied with diseases of pancreas, with great thirst, abundant dark urine with biJiary pigments and glucose. Heaviness and pain in the hepatic region with jaundice and constipation.

Leptandra:
Liver troubles after malaria. Enlargement of liver, painful on palpitation, vertigo with sleepiness, hammering frontal pains. Diarrhoea profuse containing dark blood, bleeding piles. Re**al prolapsus.

Myrica Cerifera:
Jaundice with progressive loss of weight, asthma and marked weakness. Headache in temporal and frontal regions. Bitter taste with terrible nausea. Urine mahogany dark. Itching of the skin due to retention of biliary salts. Longing for acid food. Nausea increases after eating and is relieved by walking.

Cholesterin:
For chronic cholecystitis with congestive hepatitis of a pre-cancerous or cancerous form. Burning pain in the hepatic region spreading to the right scapula. Great weakness and loss of strength with anaemia.

SNORING AND HOMOEOPATHY

Snoring is the hoarse or harsh sound that occurs when air flows past relaxed tissues in throat, causing the tissues to vibrate as we breathe. Nearly everyone snores now and then, but for some people it can be a chronic problem. Sometimes it may also indicate a serious health condition. In addition, snoring can be a nuisance to our partner.

Symptoms
Snoring is often associated with a sleep disorder called obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Not all snorers have OSA, but if snoring is accompanied by any of the following symptoms, it may be an indication to see a doctor for further evaluation for OSA:
Witnessed breathing pauses during sleep
Excessive daytime sleepiness
Difficulty concentrating
Morning headaches
Sore throat upon awakening
Restless sleep
Gasping or choking at night
High blood pressure
Chest pain at night
Snoring is so loud it's disrupting our partner's sleep
In children, poor attention span, behavioral issues or poor performance in school.

Causes
Snoring can be caused by a number of factors, such as the anatomy of mouth and sinuses, alcohol consumption, allergies, a cold, and over weight.

When we doze off and progress from a light sleep to a deep sleep, the muscles in the roof of mouth (soft palate), tongue and throat relax. The tissues in throat can relax enough that they partially block airway and vibrate.

The more narrowed airway, the more forceful the airflow becomes. This increases tissue vibration, which causes snoring to grow louder.

Alcohol consumption.Snoring can also be brought on by consuming too much alcohol before bedtime. Alcohol relaxes throat muscles and decreases natural defenses against airway obstruction.

Nasal problems. Nasal polyps.Chronic nasal congestion or a crooked partition between nostrils (deviated nasal septum) may contribute to snoring.

Sleep deprivation. Not getting enough sleep can lead to further throat relaxation.

Sleep position. Snoring is typically most frequent and loudest when sleeping on the back as gravity's effect on the throat narrows the airway.

Complications
Habitual snoring may be more than just a nuisance. Aside from disrupting a bed partner's sleep, if snoring is associated with OSA, may be at risk for other complications, including:

Daytime sleepiness
Frequent frustration or anger
Difficulty concentrating
A greater risk of high blood pressure, heart conditions and stroke
An increased risk of behavior problems, such as aggression or learning problems, in children with OSA
An increased risk of motor vehicle accidents due to lack of sleep

HOMEOPATHIC REMEDIES FOR SNORING

HIPPOZAENINUM
Noisy breathing and snoring especially in elderly person. Cough and instructed respiration,resulting from scar contraction of mucous membrane of nose and larynx.

O***M
O***m is a top grade homeopathic medicine for snoring in persons having a deep and heavy sleep. In such cases, there is loud snoring with rattling. A sensation of suffocation and momentary stoppage of breath during sleep may also be present.

LEMNA MINOR
Lemna Minor is very suitable homeopathic medicine for snoring in persons with nasal polyps. Along with snoring, other symptoms are a blockage of the nose, a foul smell from the nose, and post nasal dripping. Use of Lemna Minor should also be considered in cases of snoring from swollen nasal turbinates. Lemna Minor is also used in patients whose condition gets worse in damp and rainy weather. Lemna Minor helps in dissolving the polyps as well the complaints arising from them.

CHINA
China is an excellent homeopathic medicine for snoring. It works well for snoring in children. A child with this problem has loud, heavy snoring during sleep. Moaning may also be present along with snoring during sleep. In the morning, the child feels weary and confused. The patient is drowsy and sleepy throughout the day.

Some other very important medicines that can be used as homeopathic treatment for snoring are Kali Sulph, Nux Vomica, Dulcamara, and Laurocerasus. Among them, Kali Sulph is helpful when snoring persists even after the removal of the adenoids. Nux Vomica works well in cases of loud snoring with shallow, oppressed breathing during sleep. The main symptoms that point to the use of Dulcamara are nose blockage, open mouth and snoring during sleep. Laurocerasus is used for snoring when there is a suffocated feeling and gasping for breath present. Anxiety and restlessness while going to sleep may also be present.

Adhesive Capsulitis ( Frozen Shoulders)

Frozen shoulder is a condition that affects shoulder joint. Usually it causes pain and stiffness of the shoulder restricting its movement. It is also called as adhesive capsulitis. Frozen shoulder develops slowly over a period of time and according to its severity it will take three months to three years to resolve completely by exercising and medication.

Shoulder joint is comprised of a ball and socket joint. To move shoulder more easily, Synovial fluid acts as lubricant for the shoulder joint The human shoulder is made up of three bones: the clavicle (collarbone), the scapula (shoulder blade), and the humerus (Upper arm bone) as well as associated muscles, ligaments and tendons. The bones, ligaments and tendons make up the shoulder joint are covered in a capsule of connective tissue.

Frozen shoulder may be due to inflammation, thickening and contraction of the capsule, and due to decrease in synovial fluid in the joint which restricts its movement considerably causing severe pain.

Mostly, people who are suffering from diabetes and who have restricted the movement of their shoulder due to fracture, injury, following surgery etc. for a long period will be affected by frozen shoulder.

Treatment: (Leading symptoms)

1. Ledum Pal: Aching in right shoulder. Pressure in the affected shoulder joint; aggravation by raising the arm. Swollen shoulder. Cold applications relieve the pain
2. Ferrum Metalicum: Severe pain in shoulder joint, and muscles on both sides of the shoulder. Stiffness and swelling are predominant and unable to raise the arm. From shoulder, pain travels along the arm. Right shoulder joint swollen.

3. Rhus Tox: Pain between shoulders. Better by motion or lying on hard surface. Stiffness in the nape of the neck. Hot, painful swelling of joint. Pains tearing in tendons and ligaments. Loss of power in fingers and forearms.

4. Paris quadrifolia: Sense of weight and weariness in nape of neck and across shoulders. Neuralgia, beginning in left intercostal region and extending into left arm. Arm becomes stiff, fingers clenched. Fingers feel numb.

5. Ruta Graveolens: It is most useful in frozen shoulder due to tendon straining and spraining. Pain in the neck relieved by resting on the back on a hard surface applying pressure. Ruta acts upon the cartilage, a connective tissue softer and more flexible than bone, found between bone joints, such as shoulder joints, knee, elbow, ankle, joints, and between the vertebrae in the spine etc.

6. Snguinaria: Pain in the right shoulder, left hip joint and nape of neck are the marked symptoms of this remedy. Pain increases during night time especially when turning from one side to the other in the bed. In some patients, there will be burning in the palms and feet. Stiffness of finger joints.

7. Causticum: It acts mainly in chronic rheumatic, arthritic and paralytic affections, indicated by the tearing, drawing pains in the muscular and fibrous tissues, with deformities about the joints; loss of muscular strength. Stiffness between shoulders. Dull pain in nape of neck, tearing pain in hands, arms and shoulder joints. Contracted tendons.

8. Kalmia: Pain from neck down arm; in upper three dorsal vertebrae extending to shoulder blade. Pain down back as if it would break; in localized regions of spine, through shoulders. Lumbar pains, of nervous origin.
