Foods that stimulates immunity

Hello everyone boosting immunity is the most important thing now a days as unhealthy food preference lowers the immunity in our body and welcomes a lots bacterial and viral infections.

So here are some foods which will help you to boost immunity

1. Carrot🥕
Carrot is one of the richest source of antioxidant beta-carotene and its a very powerful immunity stimulating food. The more the beta- carotene, the greater increase in protective immune cells.

2. Yogurt
Yogurt is known as a age-old fighter of diseases and other infections. Curd helps increase the nature killer cells with help boost immunity.

3.Garlic🧄
Garlic has antiviral, antibacterial and anti- cancer properties. It stinulates a power of T-lymphocytes and play a dominant role in stimulating immune functions.

Hello guys today I'm going to share a basic ingredient which we generally eat a lot as a mouth freshner and commonly known as SAUF (Fennel seeds)

Here I'm sharing few benefits of fennel seeds
SO HERE YOU GO!!!

1) Fennel is a good source of calcium and potassium
helps to strengthen bones
helps to reduce high BP.

2) Fennel seeds also known as carminative food i.e it helps to reduce gastric troubles

3) Fennel seeds are also used to lower down hyperacidity

4) It also helps to relieve indigestion.

You can give it a try as it has no side effects by boiling 1 tbsp of fennel seeds in 1 glass of water for 15 to 20 minutes and drink atleast twice a day for better results.
