IOPA x ray was taken to confirm the position.
Extraction of that Wisdom tooth done.
After extraction there was resorption seen in root surface of second molar due to the pressure from wisdom tooth.

There was also caries in second molar.
This had been developed due to the position of wisdom tooth.
Patient was not able to clean in that area.

She had tongue thrusting habit.
Her Orthodontic treatment is done and tongue thrusting habit is also corrected.
She is now able to speak properly and her smile is improved and become more confident.

Patient had history of COVID-19 virus infection and had been hospitalized also.
He felt pain in Maxillary Right Premolar region.
Intraoral examination showed the pus discharging sinus and exra oral examination showed blackening of lip.
Patient had been referred for the Mucormycosis infection diagnosis to be done.
Mucormycosis infection detected and Maxillectomy of the infected part had been performed.
Patient was not ready for the rehabilitation with the Imlant surgery.
So he had been rehabilitated for the Mastication,Speech and Aesthetic purpose with Removable Partial Denture.
Patient is very much satisfied now with this non invasive treatment.
