2000:- It was the year of conceptualization and Netsurf network entered in the Indian market with Information Technology products.

2001:- In May 2001, Netsurf started to operate with a base of 80 Independent Distributors.

2002:- The number of Independent Distributors increased 500 times within a year of operation and by the end of 2002 we had 40,000 Independent Distributors who had joined hands with us .

2003:- Netsurf started its own production of green farming products and implemented distribution process. Number of Independent Distributors increased to 150,000. During the same year Netsurf introduced its binary point system to maintain Independent Distributor’s income systematically.

2004:- Netsurf extended its product line by introducing Health & Wellness brand ‘Naturamore’.

2005:- Netsurf introduced a well-designed training and seminar program in order to assist ever increasing Independent Distributor base.

2006:- Netsurf customer and Independent Distributor base reached to half a million (5 lakh Independent Distributors) milestone.

2007:- Netsurf again extended its product line by introducing personal care, purely herbal, products with a ‘Herbs and More’ brand. Gauging market trends Netsurf underwent Rebranding exercise.

2008:- Netsurf introduced its first ‘Club Netsurf’, which is a unique mix of training and entertainment specially designed for its Independent Distributors.

2009:- Netsurf introduced a Family Protection Plan (FPP) for its Independent Distributors who have achieved specified points. It includes mediclaim insurance, personal accidental insurance, life insurance and loyalty bonus.

2010:- Netsurf redesigned the Club Netsurf program. From this year onwards Independent Distributor’s families were also invited for the same. It was mainly aimed at recognizing the strength provided to our Independent Distributors by their families. During this year itself, customized training programs were introduced for Independent Distributors who have achieved particular points.

2011:- Netsurf achieved another milestone when its Independent Distributor and consumer base reached 1 million mark during this year. With the help of inputs from our in-house research and development unit, Herbs and More was given a face-lift through altering the content of the products and with the introduction of new packaging.

2012:- With a more visionary point of view, Netsurf further involved itself in various customer engagement activities. Special customized training programs were introduced and conducted across the geographies. A new enhanced supply chain management system was introduced to ensure smoother product availability and it also helped to strengthen the user database of the company. Keeping in mind the global trends in the direct selling industry, Netsurf introduced improved business plan in the market that would match the global standards with a consumer centric approach leading to a win-win situation for all stakeholders of the business.

2013:- For the first time Netsurf did promotions on major national television channels. Netsurf also launched "Vitamin Therapy Products" under Herbs & More range.

2014:- This year, Netsurf introduced various innovative products with an in-depth understanding about its consumers' day-to-day wants and lifestyle apprehensions. Netsurf extended its health care range by introducing 3 new Dietary Supplements in capsule form and an exclusive Nutritional Food Supplement- Naturamore for Women. Another new range introduced was the 'Home Care' range under the brand 'Clean & More' containing its first Bio-Catalyst based product- Easy Fabric Wash. Netsurf also launched a new microbial fermentation plant growth promoting product called- Soil Health Enhancement Technology (S.H.E.T) - under crop care range. Herbs & More Vitamin Therapy range was added with few more products like, Anti Dandruff Shampoo, Sunscreen, Hair Conditioner and Shaving Cream, etc. Also, the Naturamore Nutritional Food Supplement product range underwent a packaging re-launch.

2015:- Year 2015 proved to be a breakthrough year for Netsurf. This year, we achieved a total turnover of Rs 108 crore. Vitamin Therapy range was added with Aloe Tulsi Cream, Aloe Turmeric Cream, Neem Turmeric Cream and Herbal Dental Paste with Extra Whitening and Sensitivity formula. Netsurf also expanded its personal care range with Herbs & More Vitamin Therapy Professional, specially designed for beauty experts. Naturamore Dietary supplement range was extended with two new products Nutri Heart and Nutri Liver.

2016:- Netsurf Mobile Application was launched for the convenience of the distributors to do business in one touch using mobiles. More than 11,125 distributors downloaded Netsurf App in less than 3 months.
