Sat with myself.
And created something with my own hands.

Mehendi on my feet.
Little hearts. Soft patterns. My kind of peace.

This mehndi art is done by my elder daughter.
And in that moment, I felt pure connection.

No rush. No roles.
Just me, enjoying what I often ignore.

I feel blessed.
Blessed with two daughters.
And today I truly felt this
My daughters are my best friends.

कुछ दिन पहले मैं उस जगह पर गई
जहां से मेरी जड़ें जुड़ी हैं

वही स्थान
जहां मैंने सिर्फ मनोविज्ञान नहीं सीखा
बल्कि जीवन को समझना सीखा
मानवता को महसूस करना सीखा

बहुत कुछ ऐसा
जो शब्दों में कहना आसान नहीं

आज भी वहां खड़े होकर
मैंने खुद को और गहराई से महसूस किया

अपने बचपन से मिलकर
मन को एक गहरी संतुष्टि मिली

मैं शुभ्रा मैम से मिली
मैं गीता मैम से मिली
मैं जया मैम से मिली

अपनी कुछ पुरानी सहेलियों से मिली
अंशुल दीदी से मिली

और मन ने बस यही कहा
यही तो हैं मेरे अपने

नमन है काशी की उस पवित्र धरती को
जहां महादेव ने मुझे योग्य समझा
कि मैं यहां का एक अंश बन सकूं

हृदय से आभार
उन सभी गुरुजनों के लिए
जिनके आशीर्वाद ने मुझे यहां तक पहुंचाया

कभी-कभी पीछे लौटना
हमें आगे बढ़ने की ताकत देता है।

Exam stress is real.
And most students don’t lack ability. They lack the right approach.

If you are preparing for exams, focus on what helps. Avoid what drains you.

What to do:

• Follow a fixed routine. Your brain works better with structure
• Break study time into small blocks. 25 to 40 minutes works well
• Revise more than you read. Revision builds confidence
• Sleep at least 6 to 7 hours. Memory needs rest to settle
• Talk to someone if you feel overwhelmed. Don’t carry it alone

What not to do:

• Don’t compare your preparation with others
• Don’t study continuously for hours without breaks
• Don’t ignore your body. Skipping meals and sleep backfires
• Don’t rely only on last-minute cramming
• Don’t label yourself as weak or behind

As a counselling psychologist, I see this often.
Stress is not the problem. Poor handling of stress is.

Your child or you don’t need more pressure. You need clarity and balance.
