𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 :
There is nothing absolute. All the communications are only based on the forgiveness. Do not think that you are doing some great job by forgiving. You are opening your own doors, first to the Mind of God-CHITTIE and then to the Fragment of GOD- The Divine Fragment, provided you totally really forgive.
When you will be doing that, you will be doing a great service to yourself, not to anyone else. And when you do not do that, you are doing a greatest harm to your own self, and not to anyone else. Have you tried?
Sulphuric Acid- Have you tried? What is Sulphuric Acid? Put one drop of Sulphuric Acid on a piece of Iron and see how it works. And if that piece of iron is burnt, is it enough that a few drop of sulphuric acid, you play by not forgiving then you realize what can happen into your body, brain system? It can percolate to your stomach, your intestine, your liver. Imagine, sulphuric acid passing down slowly into your system, can you imagine what can happen to you.

Dear Friends,
𝟯. 𝗜𝗻𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 :
In our 3rd meeting we undertook a practice of binding our thinking instrument to a laid down well defined task for a period and by presensing and using a proper word, brought back the wandering brain to the practice on hand.
𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸, 𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿.
We observe the stream of thoughts and the organism floating in it with its own erratic behaviour. 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀.

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐑 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓-𝟏
𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐗𝗩𝗹𝗹𝗹
𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗪𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗡-𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗨𝗠 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗦?
This sad state is brought about by many unmethodical fights between the Intellectual on one side and the Emotional and S*x centres on the other. This brings about a permanent minus score of the Intellectual Centre, i.e. minus resultant intensity.
How can such a person have a chance of building up plus resultant intensity again? No use calling such a person a sinner or a criminal, or providing him with a jail and then there giving him modern amenities, showing how very advanced a nation is.
We have seen earlier the moments when the intellectual centre is free and undominated. Mercifully the worst of criminals is filled with mercy and charity and love and are overwhelmed at such specific times as explained earlier. At such moments if the person concerned were to apply the corrective methods, he could reverse the process and be on the way to recovery, i.e. start changing the minus intensity to plus intensity by the use of correct methods. In the absence of correct methods, nothing happens; only repentance or the moment of regret is experienced, the blessed moment passes away and the old ways resume again. It is indeed sad, but true.

Forget and Forgive and True Love: Forgive means to know and yet to give up bitterness. To know that the person has hurt you but you give up the bitterness. It is emotional disease; not to forgive. To remember that someone has done harm to us is a disease.
If we cannot forgive, it is a very big emotional disease. The day you learn to forgive, small things and big things, you will realize that lot of spiritual energy will float into you. Your Divine Fragment give the sort of happiness when you really forgive somebody. When you really forgive somebody, you get some spiritual energy from your innermost centre. It is a very exhilarating, provided you forgive.
Forgiveness is a very exhilarating experience, than ultimately you will establish your communication with your Divine Fragment. It will be very easy to set up a communication with your being, with your Divine Mind, with your
Divine Fragment-provided you properly really forgive.

Dear Friends,
𝟯. 𝗜𝗻𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 :
Whatever is the inherent nature and structure of this emptiness is nature and structure of all the beings and so this '𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀' is our own inherent structure and nature and design and this inherent design is also based on this nature and structure.
Basically all beings are thus blessed.(𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲). Some call it Buddha or Christ nature and so to talk of searching or finding our Buddha or Christ nature is senseless for it has been with us always! We have noted this also in our earlier meetings.
But there are and can be obstacles or veils hiding this inherent nature from our vision and so making our inherent design obscure to us. All we have to do is to remove this veil or cloud and for sure our inherent nature will be there!!

𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗪𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗡-𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗨𝗠 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗦?
Seeing this state of affairs it so happens that his own P.A. and Secretary misbehave. This is all due to lack of the knowledge of management, whether it be a small or a large administration, or the vast inside world. If we could restore the prestige of the Intellectual Director and show him how to manage, we, or anyone doing so would render a greater service to mankind.
The intellectual Director, to avoid friction, tries to be friendly with the other directors. The price of friendship is to do as these Directors want and not as he wants. He must contribute to and must think for them and help them carry out their plans.
There are many persons who in their outward life become passive and just drag along being too weak to resent or fight. Is it anymore strange that the insides of many have resigned to this way of life?

𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 :
Practice this first part till you are very comfortable before going to the next ~ part i.e. shallow breathing.
Now begin shallow fast breathing, using the area between the neck and the I~ upper chest for about 𝟯𝟬 seconds. Slowly increase the duration till you reach 𝟮 minutes of shallow fast. ;I,', breathing. Once again to remind you that abdominal pulling in pressure should be constant throughout the exercise. ~,
One may after 𝟲 months of constant and comfortable practice, increase this duration of 𝟰𝟬 seconds till you reach upto 𝟮 minutes of holding the breath out before going on to the second part i.e. shallow breathing.

Dear Friends,
𝟯. 𝗜𝗻𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 :
(𝟯) Organism now joining the observer and observing the stream of thought processes, at random and non stop with the help of the individual mind. Slowly the I melts away and also the thought of doer.
(𝟰) Infinite mind, 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙞, of which the individual mind is part and parcel, encompassing (𝟭), (𝟮), and (𝟯); for it can encompass the whole Universe. Awareness try to recognize consciousness!
Can anyone describe this infinite mind, 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙞 ? It has no form, no colour, no texture, no sound, no inside and no outside of its own but can only take up whatever your processes can super -impose on it. It is therefore called '𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀' or crystal or '𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀'. So this emptiness or nothingness holds i.e. contains everything, all phenomenal forms and their processes of all beings i.e. everything imaginable, arises in It and everything passes away in It. All is transitory in comparison to It.

A person with electronic plane consciousness can read the book even if it is closed and in any language that it is printed in or written.
Two such centres are within us. These two centres can be made to function.
Of the five directors, each has one P.A., Secretary, and other administrative staff. These subordinates to the directors all know the friction between the Intellectual Director and the Emotional and S*x Directors and the domination of these directors over the Intellectual. These subordinates therefore take an advantage of this friction and it so happens that these subordinates reverse the command issued by the Intellectual Director. It creates a worst sort of mismanagement within. This is the sorry stage of affairs in an average man and it is more pronounced in the so-called criminal class.
