â When estrogen steps back, JOY has to step up, because joy is the hormone nobody talks about.â
Jump because JOY is the most powerful HORMONE you still own. đđĽđ¤Š
When estrogen starts to decline, itâs easy to feel like your spark is dimming: energy dips, moods wobble, motivation fades.
â¨But hereâs what Iâve learned: the fastest way to reignite that spark isnât more supplements or stricter routines⌠itâs movement that feels like joy.
For me, that means JUMPING.â¨Not a structured workout. Not another âshould.â Just playful, powerful, childlike jumping.
⨠Why I love it (and the science agrees):
âď¸Women who jump just 10 times twice a day have been shown to increase bone density in as little as 16 weeks.
âď¸ Jumping (or any plyometric movement) âwakes upâ your muscle genes, improving strength, power, and hormonal responsiveness.
âď¸It supports joint health (yes, even knees!) and helps maintain healthy cartilage.
âď¸And maybe most importantly, it reconnects you with that light, free, childlike energy you thought youâd lost.
⨠How to start:â¨đ Begin small! 5â6 gentle jumps on soft ground.â¨đ Land softly, knees bent, chest tall.â¨đ Feel your energy lift, thatâs your body remembering JOY.â¨đ Build up to 8â10 jumps, 2â3 times per week.
Not ready to leave the ground yet? Just pretend to jump!â¨Rise up onto your toes, swing your arms, and feel that playful spark switch on from the inside out.
A little care note:â¨If you have joint issues, pelvic floor challenges, or any medical concerns, check with your doctor or health coach first. Go slow, stay safe and focus on progress, not pressure. đ
Because midlife isnât about losing hormones , itâs about finding new ways to feed them.
â¨So jump for your bones. Jump for your heart. JUMP FOR JOY đ¤Š
