1️⃣ Track Ovulation Accurately
Most couples miss the fertile window.
Ovulation usually occurs 14 days before next period
Best time for in*******se: Day -2, -1 and ovulation day
Use:
Ovulation predictor kits
Follicular scan
Cervical mucus monitoring (egg-white discharge)
📌 Fertile window = 5 days before ovulation + ovulation day
2️⃣ Maintain Ideal Weight
Both underweight and overweight reduce fertility.
Ideal BMI: 19–24

Focus on:
High protein diet
