🌸 Lifestyle & Diet Tips
Eat small, frequent meals (every 2–3 hours); avoid an empty stomach
Dry foods first thing in the morning – crackers, toast, biscuits
Avoid spicy, oily & fried foods
Prefer bland foods: rice, curd, dal, banana, apple
Cold or room-temperature foods are better tolerated than hot foods
Eat slowly and sit upright after meals

Sip fluids frequently rather than large amounts
Ginger water, lemon water, ORS help nausea
Avoid drinking with meals; drink between meals
Coconut water is helpful for hydration

Ginger (tea, candy, biscuits)
Lemon / citrus smell or taste
Mint or ajwain water
Vitamin B6 rich foods (banana, nuts, cereals)
