A Heartfelt Blessing to My Beloved Children
Kalpesh, Jalpa, and Jaina

From the depths of my heart and soul, I thank you.

Your journey from across the oceans to celebrate my 84th birthday was not merely a gift—it was a blessing that filled my spirit with love, light, REIKI and profound joy.

In your presence, I felt the purest energy of devotion, a sacred reminder that the bonds of family are eternal, luminous, and soul-deep.

The days we shared together—Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Mirik Lake, and the surrounding serene landscapes—were nothing short of magical.

From savoring the flavors of local food that delighted our senses, to wandering through vibrant markets and enjoying the treasures of shopping, every moment was alive with joy, laughter, and presence.

Trekking together in the early morning to witness the sun rise over the hills, feeling the crisp mountain breeze, and seeing the golden light pour across the valleys, I felt the universe itself showering us with blessings.

Each sunrise mirrored the light within our hearts, and every shared smile, every gentle touch, every laugh resonated with energy, love, and spiritual harmony.

Through your care, your laughter, and your togetherness, I felt the flow of Reiki energy—the healing, light, and love that binds our souls.

You have given me not just memories, but a renewal of spirit, a deep sense of peace, and a reminder of the sacredness of life and family that will remain with me always.

I am profoundly honored to be your parent, and I bless you with the same infinite love, light, and spiritual strength that you have gifted me.

May we continue to walk this journey together in conscious connection, love, and compassion, carrying these sacred moments, these ripples of joy, energy, and light, in our hearts forever.

With infinite love, gratitude, and blessings….
Yours blessed MOM 🙌🏼😘🤗💖🤗😘

Suffering isn’t in life - it’s in your tight grip on it.
Stop clinging to anger, regrets and illusions of control.
Every judge you hold is a chain around your own heart.
Forgive, not because they deserve it,but because you deserve peace.
Let go, bleed if you must, but rise lighter than before.
The universe moves on whether you do or not.
Freedom only comes when you finally release.

Laws of Karma That will change your life….
THE Great Law:
Whatever energy and thoughts you put out into the Universe will come back to you. Whether good or bad .
THE LAW OF CREATION: Life won’t just happen to you. You need to take action and make things happen instead of waiting for everything to magically work out.
THE LAW OF HUMILITY:
Be humble enough to accept and understand that your current situation is the result of your past actions.
THE LAW OF GROWTH: Focus on controlling yourself, not others. Real change starts within, so prioritize your personal growth.
THE LAW OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Whatever happens in your life happens because of you, and you need to own it. You are the result of the choices you make.
THE Law of Connection:
Your past, present and future are all connected. Your past actions shape who you are today , and your present choices will decide who you become tomorrow.

Realization……
I realize that life is fair, regardless of what happens.
I accept things as the way they are before I can change.
I know whenever I solve a problem , another problem will take its place.
I understand that all problems are just possible opportunities in disguise.
I focus on the solutions, not the problem.
I always assume my Greater self knows a better way to do the things.
I either push, pull or get out of the way, but I keep moving forward.
I am willing to take risks and make mistakes.
I am a person of action. If I say I will do it, I do it.
I keep my promises , especially those to myself.
I never give up, because I know possibilities thinkers never quit, impossibilities thinkers never win.

The silent kitchen …..
When the Kitchen Falls Silent, the Family Begins to Break
Did you ever imagine that a quiet kitchen could change a nation’s future?
In olden days Grandparents, parents, and children lived together.
Every evening, families ate home-cooked meals at the dining table.
Food was not just nourishment—it was a source of bonding and shared values.
Now the rise of fast food, takeaways, and restaurant culture replaced home-cooked meals.
Parents became too busy with work & making money; children turned to pizza, burgers, and all types of processed food.
The voices of grandparents faded, family bonds weakened.
What's left?
Elders in old-age homes,
Youth in rented flats alone,
Marriages breaking,
Children battling loneliness.
Divorce Rates increase.
This isn’t Just a coincidence – It’s the Cost of a Silent Kitchen .

Home-cooked food carries more than calories:
A mother’s touch,
A grandfather’s wisdom,
A grandmother’s stories,
And the magic of shared mealtimes
But now, food comes from Swiggy & Zomato.
The kitchen dies, and the home becomes just a house—not a family.

Health Fallout - A Growing Crisis:---
Fast food addiction led to: --
Obesity,
Diabetes,
Heart disease,
But It's Not Too Late—We Can Still Reignite Our Kitchens and live the longest .
In Mediterranean cultures, food is sacred—and so are relationships.
India’s Warning Bell - in metros fast food is ordered from cloud kitchens ---
please don’t Let the Kitchen Die
Rising reliance on outside food must be avoided.
Declining family mealtimes
Increasing loneliness and health disorders
What You Can Do Today:---
Light your kitchen stove again.
Cook a meal.
Call your family to the dinner table. Because bedrooms make a house, but kitchens make a family.
Final Thought …
Do you want to build a home—or run a lodge?
The choice is yours…….

Letting Go: The Grace in Accepting Change

There was a time when we believed we had control over everything—our days, our children, our careers, even the direction of life itself. We planned carefully, held tight to dreams, routines, people. And perhaps that was needed then. Life asked us to build, to care, to lead, to protect.

But slowly, life shifts.

One by one, the things we held so tightly start slipping away—not always with pain, but sometimes with quiet dignity.

The children grow up and move away—not out of disregard, but because they must build their own lives.
Beloved homes are sold, not because they weren't cherished, but because climbing those stairs became harder.
Our roles—as manager, mother, engineer, teacher—fade into the background, like names written in soft sand.

And then, there is a moment—a quiet afternoon, perhaps—when we look around and realise: life has changed.
The people we used to call every day now send messages. The faces around us are new. Even our own reflection carries gentle lines we never noticed forming.

But instead of grief, something else begins to settle in.
A kind of peace.

We understand, slowly, that letting go is not about losing. It’s about making room—for stillness, for peace, for reflection.
Letting go means allowing our hearts to carry memories without chains.
It means accepting that we are no longer the centre of the world—but we are still part of it, deeply and beautifully.

Letting go is not weakness. It is grace—the grace of the river that flows forward, not resisting the rocks, but dancing around them.

It is in these years—when the world becomes quieter—that we learn the true strength of acceptance.
We hold less, but we feel more.
We chase less, but we appreciate more.
We speak less, but what we say carries depth.

And so we sit by the window, sip our tea, and smile—not because life was perfect, but because we lived, we loved, and we let go… with grace.

If something is ending in your life, don't lose hope; something new is on the way.

Whether it's a relationship, career, or life path, endings can be disappointing and provoke anxiety, but they also open doors to new opportunities. Remember, for something to begin, something else must end.

Embrace every closure as it encourages you to explore alternate paths that could transform your life.

You will continue to suffer if you have an emotional reaction to everything that is said to you.
True power is sitting back and observing things with logic.
True power is restraint. If words control you that means everyone else can control you.
Best things is take deep breath and allow things to pass.

Buy Nothing!

Nisha stopped by a bicycle shop on her way home from work. Her eight-year-old son wanted a new bicycle—a fancy blue one with gears and a helmet. But seeing the many expensive models in the shop left her confused.

She and Ravi had built their life in a small town near Boston. Both worked in IT. Believing that buying during sales saved money, she would often stock up on things. Gradually, so much stuff piled up in their home that even their cupboards began to fall short. Purses, slippers, shoes, flowerpots, real and fake flowers, plants, books, a coffee maker, clothes, hats, photo frames, toys—thousands of things filled every corner of their house.

As she browsed the bikes, she overheard two women whispering.
"Don’t waste so much money on a five-year-old’s bicycle!" one said.
"You’ll definitely get a kid’s cycle on 'Buy Nothing'."

Nisha perked up her ears.
The woman continued, “Get a bigger cycle only when the child grows up. Until then—Buy Nothing!”

Curious, Nisha asked what this "Buy Nothing" was all about.
They said, “Here’s the address and number. You’ll meet Rebecca there. She’ll explain everything.”

Nisha followed the address with growing curiosity. A cheerful 50-year-old woman welcomed her.

“My name is Rebecca. Welcome to Buy Nothing!” she said.

Nisha asked, “What exactly is Buy Nothing?”

Rebecca adjusted her glasses and said,
“We started this Facebook group—my friend and I. About six or seven years ago, I was going through a severe financial crisis. I began asking people if they could lend me things temporarily. People even gave me meals!
Once my situation improved, I started this group for essential items.

Today, our local Buy Nothing group has more than a thousand members. There’s a nominal fee to join, and you have to answer a few questions. (I’ll check and confirm that part again.)

If you want something, chances are someone among the thousand has it. Use it, and once done, return it.

There’s absolutely no need to buy anything.
Give away what you don’t use, and take what you need from others.
It saves money, reduces global waste, helps the environment, and fosters connections. Only buy personal hygiene items.
This town has its own group, and many towns do. There are over 1.6 million members worldwide now!”

Right there, Nisha joined the Buy Nothing Facebook group and asked if anyone had a blue gear cycle. Instantly, 30–40 responses and cycle photos flooded in. She chose one—with seven gears!

People were exchanging baby cribs, beach chairs, wheelchairs, kids' toys, books—thousands of things.
And all without spending a single penny—so there were no arguments!

Rebecca said,
"Learn to care about people.
Love things less.
Just remember that.”

Living the true experience of “The whole world is my home,”
Nisha brought home the blue seven-gear bicycle.
Ravi was stunned.
Rebecca’s words echoed in her mind:
"Why accumulate so much? You won’t take it with you when you go."

One by one, Nisha began posting her unused possessions on the Buy Nothing group. Many people started using them. She now knows many people in her town.
There’s an exchange of thoughts happening.
Though she lives far from India, she often meets someone who feels like an aunt, uncle, or brother.
Relationships are forming.

All through life, we keep collecting things—
Even though we know we can’t take any of it with us in the end!

Instead, she’s now resolved to collect affection, friendships, and human connections.

Shall we also adopt the Buy Nothing philosophy?

Give something!
Grow something!
Create something!
Donate something!

Buy Nothing!👍👍🍁🍁

Someone once asked the great Sufi, Hassan Al-Basri (RA):

"What is the secret to your piety?"

He replied:

"I understood four truths that shaped my life:

1️⃣ I realized that my sustenance is destined for me—no one can take what is meant for me.
So, my heart found peace, and I stopped worrying about what others have. I understood that chasing after the world would not increase my provision, nor would turning away from it decrease it. My trust in God’s decree replaced my anxieties with contentment.

2️⃣ I understood that no one can worship on my behalf—my deeds are mine alone.
No one will stand before God in my place on the Day of Judgment, nor will anyone carry the weight of my sins. Just as I cannot delegate my hunger to another, I cannot expect anyone else to fulfill my obligations toward my Creator. So, I took responsibility for my faith and devoted myself to worship.

3️⃣ I knew that God is always watching me—so I became ashamed to sin in His presence.
Whether in the light of day or the darkness of night, I realized that my every action, word, and thought is seen by my Lord. I would not dare commit a sin in front of people out of shame—so how could I do so before the One who never stops watching? This awareness became my shield against wrongdoing.

4️⃣ I recognized that death is ever near—so I began preparing for my meeting with my Creator.
Every breath I take brings me closer to my final moment. I understood that death does not wait for anyone; it does not knock before entering. So, instead of being heedless, I chose to live every day as if it were my last—seeking forgiveness, doing good, and striving to leave this world in a state of righteousness."

These four understandings became the foundation of my life.
And in them, I found peace, purpose, and closeness to my Lord.
