దగ్గు తగ్గడానికి తీసుకోవలసిన precautions....
* Morning లేచిన వెంటనే అలాగే రాత్రి పడుకునే ముందు గోరువెచ్చని ఉప్పు నీటితో gargling చెయ్యాలి.
* Oily, spicyగా ఉన్న ఆహార పదార్థాలు తినకూడదు.
* నీళ్లు ఎక్కువగా తాగుతూ, bodyని hydratedగా ఉంచుకోవాలి.
* Ginger tea లేదా చామంతి టీ తాగడం వల్ల గొంతు గరగర తగ్గుతుంది
* ఎప్పుడు తాగిన గోరువెచ్చని నీళ్లు మాత్రమే తాగాలి

దగ్గుతో పాటు ఈ symptoms కూడా ఉంటే వెంటనే డాక్టర్ని కలవండి.
1. ఈ రెండు నెలల తర్వాత కూడా దగ్గు తగ్గకుండా ఇంకా ఎక్కువ అవ్వడం
