Is 2 davs advanced endodontic course, generally we coverina most common complications in daily endodontic practice including packed canals, ledges, Perforations, and separated files,. In the first day we start with demo of rubber dam because of its necessity during solving complications that need clear clean drv field then explaining how the canals get packed then to ledges why its happen ?,. then discussing tools and techniques to open the packed canals and bypass the ledges and show you how to make bypass of obstacles after that why ? Perforation happen and how to repair the perforations and discussinc retreatment rules because many cases need retreatment and perforation together ,. Then in the second day discussing the factors that lead ta separated files and the protocol of preventing this complications and then discussing why separatior of the files is common in classic dentistry the the rules to prevent separation and the principles of removal of separated files. Each participants have dental operatino microscope for workshop
