❗️I have an interesting case regarding the optimal pulse sequence for post-contrast MRI in patients with multiple sclerosis.

🧲 As demonstrated here, only the SE T1 sequence effectively reveals plaque enhancement, while the 3D T1 BRAVO and 3D T1 FSPGR sequences do not show any enhancement.

❇️In my experience, the 2D T1 SE sequence with thin cuts is the best option in this scenario, and nothing can substitute for it.
