Experience of receiving care and full body relaxation for mothers and little ones in their bellies. Helps releasing tension from muscles, brings more space in joints. The massage is performed in 3 lying positions: on both sides and on the back. Time: 45 min. - 1,5 hour

Kahi Loa
Massage of elements: fire, air, water, earth, plants, animals and humans. Each of the element is being introduced by touch. No need of undressing. It can be very playful practice for children, also very grounding and supportive for sensory integration for sensitive people of all age. Time: 0,5 - 1 hour

CLASSIC BODY WORK
Therapeutic-relaxing massage
Releasing tension with giving feeling of harmony in full body massage:
back, arms, legs (back and front), shoulders, neck, jaw, face, head
(& optional belly and chest). Time: 1 - 1,5 hour
Pricing scale: 12.000-18.000 isk (€80-120)
Partial massage
During short session we focus on parts of your body that causes the strongest experience of tension (eg. for upper back tension release: back + shoulders + arms or lower back tension release: back + buttocks + legs)
Time: 30-45 minutes
