We're rolling into 2025 with some substantial product updates.

From experience, we’ve learned that the latter half of the year is perfect for digging deep and building. Then, after some holiday recharge, we hit the ground running to refine and release.

Our first big update is a complete overhaul of our core, the scheduling UI and UX. After countless discovery sessions with our most engaged customers and several iterations, the new scheduling experience is now live for all care managers on the platform.

For teams managing hundreds of caregivers and thousands of care recipients, having clear insights and streamlined overview is critical. We have also improved the most common user flows for updating schedules. The most common daily task for every care manager. This upgrade is designed to make that easier than ever, and we’re eager to see how it enhances both performance and care quality.

Additionally, we’re doubling down on our commitment to our user community. Today, we’re also launching our idea platform and public roadmap! You can now keep up with the latest releases, submit or vote on ideas, and track progress directly on our site. Check the first comment for the link to explore this new section.
