We offer outdoor yoga sessions and relaxing massage treatments. Every morning we offer hiking orientated yoga sessions in a secluded location, with a beautiful view of the Þórsmörk Nature Reserve. Nature Yoga / 1 hour session

Nature Yoga is the perfect way to experience the powerful nature of the Þórsmörk area. The yoga classes are performed outdoors, in a secluded area, with stunning views of the volcanoes and glaciers around us. During the session we learn special stretching exercises and breathing techniques that help us on our hike and connect us better to the volcanic nature around us. After the yoga session you can relax in the LavaSpa hot pool and sauna. You should feel balanced, relaxed and energized after this session. Included

Volcano Yoga / 3 hour hiking and yoga

Combine your hiking tour with an energizing and relaxing yoga session while enjoying a panoramic view of the volcanic landscapes in Þórsmörk. Our yoga instructor gives you a guided tour of the area and takes you to a secluded place where you can enjoy the best views while performing the yoga exercises. Included
3 – 4 hour guided hiking tour
1 hour yoga session with a yoga instructor
Access to the LavaSpa natural hot pool, sauna and showers

In cooperation with Healing Nature we offer a variety of massage therapies. The massage takes place in a specially made Mongolian tent so you will enjoy the fresh air during your massage. After your massage you can relax in the LavaSpa hot pool and sauna.
