You don’t need to bake in the sun to get your fix. According to the Harvard School of Public Health, most men need 10 to 30 minutes of midday sun a few times a week. Once you hit that window, your Vitamin D production plateaus. So layer your SPF, get your dose, and really enjoy your time outside!
