I want to remember it every day.
That this - all this! - is not forever.

That we are here just for a moment.
All this is just for a moment.
It will be gone before we know it.
And it touches me so deeply.

Allow yourself to be touched by it now.
That you are here just for a moment
For a split second
For one inhale and exhale
For as long as it takes to say "I love you"

So say it!
Say "I love you" often
Be fierce and gentle
Stop your car to look at the sunset
Hug your friends and
Breathe deeply togethet
Speak out loud about your dreams and desires

Cry when you are sad
And when you are happy

Say "I'm sorry" when its needed
And don’t add BUT

Smile at strangers on the street

Touch this world with your presence
And leave a legacy of love.

Lessons from the Darkness.
I spent around 130 hours in total darkness - and here are some of the things that I learned.

During my solo retreat in darkness, I prayed lot. These codes / contemplations / statements of Truth were with me daily:

1️⃣ this is the baseline of my existence. My number one reminder that I live by. My life code. My compass of how to show up for anything and everything

2️⃣ I contemplated the power of choice a lot. We get to choose, and that's our superppwer. I get to choose my response, choose how I show up and who I am becoming. And of all the options available to me, I want to choose Love.

3️⃣ for over 5 days, I couldn't see absolutely ANYTHING with my human eyes. But still, I was able to see so much. This was my daily prayer to see the Real over the illusion.

4️⃣ Hawaiian practice of forgiveness, reconciliation, and harmony was with me all the time. Ho'oponopono to myself, to others, to the world.

5️⃣ I suddenly remembered this first line of the prayer of St. Francis, during one of the meditations... and it made me cry. If I could dedicate my life to one thing, let it be this. Peace within, peace without.

6️⃣ In moments when my human was freaking out, or being judgmental, I reminded myself: this is not a mistake. Nothing is a mistake, nothing ever was a mistake in your life.

7️⃣ I left my dark room with this reminder in my heart. This is why I go out. This is why I walk on this Earth, this is why I came here to this planet in the first place. May my words, thoughts and actions be of Love.
