happy birthday to my favoriteeeeeee brother ☺️ just like your name says, you truly are a gift of god, to all who know you.
you are strong + powerful. your presence is captivating + you are able to light up a room with so much grace. you are kind + gentle soul who’s wisdom is beyond your years.
i promise to always hug you + squeeze you even if it annoys you 🙃 because i love you SO MUCH my heart could burst; more than any amount of words in a little box could ever say — may this year be filled with an infinite amount of love, health, + prosperity. you deserve it ALL! ♥️✨💎

this weekend i went to an intensive 3 day workshop which was so completely out of my comfort zone. i was so nervous that tried to talk myself out of going — but none of my reasons to stay home were good enough because deep down i knew that no matter how scared i was, i needed this experience to stretch me in new ways.
& WOW, was my heart, body + soul BLOWN OPEN!
i am now certain that when you are provided with a strong container that feels supportive, empowering, + loving ANYTHING is possible! this weekend i embodied parts of myself that i had only previously dreamed of being, i discovered a sense of confidence + strength in my body i didn’t know was there, + i absolutely fell in love with parts of myself that i had been ashamed of for years.
making the choice to show up when your scared takes courage, & ACTUALLY doing the work in the face of fear takes bravery — but DANGGGGG is it worth every single second! like i always say, feel the fear + do it anyways because on the other side of all that perceived fear is the most expansive amount of joy, love, + pride that you can ever imagine.
huge thank you to + all of his assistants for such a profound experience & to for being my guiding light. ✨

in today’s culture it’s easy to get confused by the purpose of a photograph. it has become a means to capture perfection + beauty, and we have come to dismiss photos that are less than “perfect” — but in my opinion those less than perfect photos are where the magic lies; because those photos are usually raw + real.
photos are meant to capture a moment in time — a feeling, a connection, an emotion that is present in one second + gone in the next. to me, that is the beauty of it all; the ability to capture those fleeting moments.
this photo does exactly that. neither of us is “ready”, but that’s what i love about it — .creative captured a fleeting moment with + i — you can feel the laughter, the joy, the love. how beautiful is it to be able to go back to an authentic, unfiltered moment in time + relive it all over again?
life is made up of moments like this. the in between moments when you think no one is watching — moments of deep belly laughs, sweet nothings + crying surrender; & while it’s lovely to celebrate the big + flashy moments, don’t forget to stop + enjoy the little moments... the in between moments, where life is full + plentiful.

people often ask me “what do you do?” + it’s a question i can never quiet give a simple answer or name too — because naming “what i do” feels limiting + stifling.
“what i do” is expansive, it takes up space in the world, it changes peoples lives, it matters; so instead my response opens up a conversation, which often leads down a longggg road; but this morning, as i was brushing my teeth 🤣, a string of words came to me, that felt good + shed a bit of light on what it is that i do...
“i help people face their fears, so they can access their truth.” 💥 BAM! i create a container for people to show up + let it all out, a place where people feel they can open up about their deepest, darkest secrets, a place where people can find understanding + healing.... & ultimately, a space that leaves you feeling empowered + connected where you once felt scared + uncertain.
THIS (in a small Instagram nutshell) is “what i do” ♥️

when people hear my 1:1 coaching program is a minimum 6 month commitment they usually want to run for the hills — all of their fears start showing up... their self doubt, their feelings of worthiness. & i get it, it’s scary AF to commit to yourself! we’re so used to committing to everyone + everything EXCEPT ourselves.
that is exactly why we need 6 months; it takes time to unearth the root of your fears, to isolate the emotions you have been avoiding, to confront the limiting stories you have been telling yourself.
together we rebuild the foundation, brick by brick; learning how to build awareness, reconnect, + shift perspectives >>> you get to move forward with a toolbox of skills that will serve you for FAR longer than the 6 months we work together. & in the end, you will look up at the sky + be in awe of all you have accomplished... now 6 months doesn’t seem so scary, does it?

Lit’s international women’s day + i am thankful for the strong women who share their bodies with us, who share their heart with us, who share their love with us; but there is something deeper we also need to acknowledge too.
there is so much selflessness accompanies being a woman & with that often comes pain + heartache — i talk to women everyday who struggle with the seemingly eternal challenge to find harmony between the give + take; who struggle with years of repression + tears of sacrifice to provide a better life for those they love, for those that will come after us.
i want to acknowledge women, especially those that came before me, for their strength to keep going; but i am also grateful to myself for having the courage to beat to my own drum — for being brave enough to break the cycles of guilt women feel for putting themselves first, for choosing to love myself enough to heal, for diving deep into ancestral trauma to release the pain of the women before me in hope that the women after me can lead with more harmony + less hurt.
giving myself a big hug today + i hope you do too. 💕

too often i talk to people who are struggling with anxiety, struggling with their health, struggling with happiness. it breaks my heart because i’ve been there; but i also know what it’s like to overcome those struggles.
you have to be willing to choose yourself, over + over again — even when you want to run the other way because nothing changes, if nothing changes. it takes courage to show up + sometimes it’s scary; but that doesn’t mean you have to do it alone.
that’s why i started leading retreats + mentoring. to give you a space where you can dive deep, feel supported + stay accountable even when it feels dark + scary; but you must take the first step.
you can say i “wish” i could do this, i “wish” i could do that... but that won’t get you any closer to achieving your dreams; action will. so the question becomes what are you waiting for? the mind likes to play it small, to stay comfortable - so there will always be an reason for why we “can’t” do things; it’s up to you to show up, to set yourself up for success, to trust yourself enough to know you’ll figure it out.
the AMALFI COAST RETREAT has 4 spots left, are you ready to stop making excuses? to trust yourself? to show up for yourself? are you ready to set yourself up for success? @ Amalfi, Italy
