Capitolo 2
Di benessere naturale se ne parla tanto, l'argomento è ampio.
Io voglio dare giusto una prima panoramica e sentire poi la vostra opinione.
Benessere naturale si può dire quando si decide, per la propria salute e benessere, di affidarsi a prodotti naturali o di origine naturale. Si va dal tornare a un'alimentazione con cibi veri e/o bio evitando quanto più possibile i prodotti industriali e processati o ultra processati, ad utilizzare prodotti per la casa o per la cura del corpo più naturali e senza additivi chimici, piuttosto che scegliere rimedi naturali ai classici farmaci (senza per forza eliminarli, spesso i classici farmaci sono indispensabili)...
Perché uno fa questa scelta? Per svariati motivi: per etica, per salute, per principio... Ognuno ha il suo perché.
Io l'ho fatto per salute, ma anche perché credo che la natura ci offra tutto ciò di cui abbiamo bisogno e che quindi tutta la chimica che oggi troviamo in ogni prodotto, e si pure nel cibo, non ci faccia un gran bene né sia così indispensabile.
Ammetto, non sempre è così semplice eliminare tutto ciò che è chimico oggi come oggi, specie se si vive in città... bisognerebbe vivere nei boschi, però si fa il possibile.
Vivere in modo più naturale non è solo una questione personale, ma è anche rispetto per l'ambiente, i prodotti sono riciclabili e/o biodegradabili e quindi ci sarebbero meno sprechi.
Già solo così possiamo aprire vari capitoli di conversazione e parlarne a profusione.
