Life feels insane right now.
I’m tired of Instagram, the news, and the constant “downloads.”

And honestly, I’m pretty careful about what I let into my channel ….but since I’m a spiral person, I’ve been getting this whole Atlas 3 thing too.

If I hear one more person say they “telepathically viewed” something, I might lose it.
Even me ….I’ll admit it.
I’ve been having wild dreams.
I’ve been telepathically traveling as well.
And honestly, I don’t know if it’s real or if it’s just my algorithm.

Everyone’s channeling, predicting, decoding, warning.
And the truth is, very few of us actually know what’s going on.

We’re humans on Earth.
We’re meant to breathe, meditate, and feel …..
not spiral in cosmic gossip.

Maybe none of this is happening.
Maybe it’s all happening.
Maybe we’re just streaming inside someone else’s frequency 💠 like cosmic Netflix.

This month inside Portal Luce, I’m dropping a crystal meditation on Charoite,
because it helps cleanse the collective consciousness.
And honestly?
That’s the real war we’re in right now…..
a collective consciousness war.

✨ Where do you feel it in your body?

I teach crystal sound and sell bowls, but here’s the truth… there isn’t one fixed system.
We’ve been taught that each bowl belongs to a specific chakra …. but that’s just a map, not the territory.

Yes, if you tune into that system, you enter a matrix of meaning … and it will work because of your intention.
But sound doesn’t follow rules. It moves through your unique frequency field, meeting you where you need it most.

Every tone interacts with your present state…. your emotions, your breath, your energy.
That’s why one person might feel a “root” C4 bowl in their heart, and another in their womb or head.
Sound is alive. It knows where to go.

So as you listen…
Where do you feel it in your body?
Maybe it’s your root, your heart, your crown ..or somewhere unexpected.

I’m playing a C4 bowl, the so-called “root” but energy moves differently for everyone.
Trust what you feel. That’s the real teaching.

We live in a dual reality
there is day and night
spring and fall
summer and winter

You can have it all,
but all is also the other half.
Energy is infinite…
and yet we are asked to rest.

So maybe rest is the other half.
Maybe this pause is also motion…
the unseen part of expansion,
the inhale after lifetimes of exhale.

The ocean goes on forever
moving in waves.
Look at her.
She will show you
that even movement rests…
and even rest is alive.

so i’m resting.
not because i’m done
but because this, too,
is part of the becoming.

This is your reminder that you’re brave.
We all go through ups and downs.
The more you lean into your truth, your voice, your realness 🌹
the more life meets you there.

I’ve died a thousand little deaths.
Cried on the bathroom floor.

to get up, to choose love, to choose life.

I never thought I’d be a healer,
using my voice and playing crystal bowls.
But this path found me….
and it keeps breaking me open, again and again, to love.
