AIACE nasce dalla trasformazione di studio Zambelli, laboratorio di architettura con esperienza ventennale nei settori sanitario e residenziale, in una struttura più ampia in grado di gestire opere edilizie, anche complesse, dalle fasi di progettazione alla cantierizzazione. AIACE ha inserito nella propria ragione sociale Architettura Ecocompatibile fin dal 2002, quando il prefisso eco non aveva ancora trasformato il modo di progettare. AIACE integra professionisti di formazione ingegneristica e architettonica che la qualificano facendovi confluire competenze specialistiche.

With its volumetric and historical communicative character, the existing complex led to the genesis of the new project on the morphological and architectural point of view.
The idea of working with easy volumes in line with the closest existing building joins architectural needs and functional rationalization of the internal spaces.

GR informatica Headquarter | Lecco, 2013

An all-around project, that started from the concept and through the detailed design ended with the coordination of the building site.
The complexity of the project is the result of the combination of urban constraints and the strong drive for innovation intrinsecally linked to the company history.
Inspired by the natural mountain surroundings context, the project is an example of sustainability and energy efficiency.

Bridge on Palobbia torrent | Ceto (BS), 2017

The New Long Bridge, replacing the temporary Bailey Bridge, fits into the context of the Adamello Park with the aim of exalting its historical and naturalistic features.
The concept is inspired by the wooded environment and by the history of the place, from the Camuni to the Great War, referring to the tall trees of the surrounding woods and the cable of the cableways with the steel structures and to the shelters in the rock with the panoramic stone.

AIACE headquarters is a former warehouse in Milano-NoLo converted in an energy efficient and comfortable laboratory for architecture and engineering.
AIACE has been able to evolve over time, transforming itself from an architectural laboratory to a complex and complete structure, able to manage projects at different scales, from concept to construction, achieving to manage the design and coordination of complex objects, that require a specific qualification and knowledge.

L’immersione nel contesto ha generato l’idea ispiratrice del nuovo ponte. Un luogo ricco di elementi naturali, memorie ambientali e storiche. Il concept è pulito e definito da linee sottili e filanti, per un impatto minimale nel rispetto dei resti del Ponte Lungo...
