Dear Customer,

As every year in December, it is time of final balance.
So it is for TracMec, committed every day in creating value by turning steel into essential parts of tracked machines.

It has been a year of great changes and hard work.

That’s the beautiful part of it. A great adventure, almost like a conflict: full of surprises and falls.
Despite this, we managed to increase turnover by 23%.

Our real challenge?

daily adventures, which become part of our recipe, together with investments and the courage to always try new solutions, to guarantee and exceed the highest standards of quality and service.

Only extraordinary people can make these solutions possible: whether they are colleagues, suppliers or customers.

People who are also part of our territory, where the commitment of TracMec guarantees jobs to many families, and when possible, offers help to those who commit themselves, as never before, for others.

In fact, this Christmas, TracMec will participate in the purchase of a self-ladder to be donated to the Volunteer Fire Department of Medicina (BO), which will thus be able to overcome their daily challenges ... saving lives!

Come ogni anno a Dicembre è tempo di consuntivi.
E lo è anche per la TracMec, impegnata ogni giorno a trasformare l’acciaio in parti essenziali di macchine cingolate, creando valore.

E’ stato un anno di grandi cambiamenti e di duro lavoro.

Ma è bello così. E’ un’avventura continua, quasi un conflitto: pieno di sorprese e cadute.
Nonostante ciò, siamo riusciti ad aumentare il fatturato del 23%.

La nostra vera sfida ?

sono le avventure quotidiane, che diventano parte della nostra ricetta, assieme agli investimenti ed al coraggio di provare sempre nuove soluzioni, per garantire ed oltrepassare i più elevati standard di qualità e professionalità.

Soluzioni possibili solamente con persone straordinarie, che siano collaboratori, fornitori o clienti.

Persone che fanno anche parte del nostro territorio, dove l’impegno della TracMec garantisce posti di lavoro a numerose famiglie, e quando possibile, offre un aiuto a chi si impegna come non mai per gli altri.

Questo Natale infatti, TracMec parteciperà all’acquisto di una autoscala da donare al Corpo dei Vigili del Fuoco Volontari di Medicina (BO), che potranno così vincere le loro sfide quotidiane… per la Vita!

DISCOVER AN EXTENDABLE UNDERCARRIAGE – painting

One of the worst cases in subcontracting, is NOT having a clue on what is the state-of-the-art of your piece of equipment. To be sure on what’s going on, you need a supplier that has all the operations under its own control: you save time, money and trust from your final Customers. In TracMec, all our process work flow is 100% done and checked in our facility in Mordano (Italy). In an extendable undercarriage, for example, after having realized the central frame and the beams, it’s time for our master painter to paint these parts with the customized color of the undercarriage

DISCOVER AN EXTENDABLE UNDERCARRIAGE – Final testing

One of the worst cases in subcontracting, is NOT having a clue on what is the state-of-the-art of your piece of equipment. To be sure on what’s going on, you need a supplier that has all the operations under its own control: you save time, money and trust from your final Customers. In TracMec, all our process work flow is 100% done and checked in our facility in Mordano (Italy). In an extendable undercarriage, for example, after having assembled the undercarriage, it’s time for our engineers to check dimensions, hydraulic and electrical system, and extendabilty of the undercarriage. A special ultrasonic-control is also done to each turntable-support to verify and certificate that this important point for safety is in perfect conditons also below the surface. All the done checks are reported on the " Test report " that is supplied to the customer with the undercarriage,

One time we have supported a Customer during a change of a hydraulic motor at the sea port of Bremerhavem. It was a hard time to make such a replacement in the port area…
In order to avoid this risk, we have developed a quality procedure to clean the hydraulic oil.
This optional operation gives the strategic advantage to the OEMs, in terms of oil cleaning.
Running different cycles of oil filtering, we elevate step by step the level of the oil quality, reducing the impurities particles.
This is one of the actions TracMec is performing to higher the standard of Quality.
