#5 - I have never seen a snowflake with this many arms. I believe if I were to count them all without missing any I'd find 24. Still a multiple of 6 which all snowflakes have. This is likely four six sided plates that grew together connected along a short column connecting their centers and offset from each other. I've seen 12 sided formations when two six sided flakes are connected, but I've never seen one with this many arms and while not perfectly symmetrical it is still rather incredible.

Snowflakes that fell here in Fairbanks Alaska yesterday (11.6.25). The temperature was in the teens which was about perfect for snowflake formation as well as for photographing them. They did not melt upon landing and I did not freeze while photographing them.
