Pranic Living. Channeling. Healing. Meditation. I began my inner work of opening, transformation, and understanding at a young age.

My training has primarily been rooted in practices such as meditation (vipassana and mindfulness), reiki, breathwork. Over the years, various gifts have reawakened within me, including the ability to channel information and frequencies from higher realms of Light. A significant turning point came in 2017, when I opened up to pranic living (breatharianism), which marked a profound transformation of my entire being and a spiritual activation. Since then, I have a pranic lifestyle, primarily consuming liquids. I facilitate meditation and pranic retreats and offer one-on-one support. I am also a speaker at the Pranic World Festival. My work is dedicated to helping individuals in realizing their human and spiritual potential, as well as bringing positive change on a collective level.

About the Current Quality of Time

During these winter months, I have felt a distinct energetic tone. Talking with some friends, I discovered that this feeling is shared. I’d like to share this perception with you - who else feels the same?

We are called to be in deep contact with ourselves, a time of detachment from the external, from distortions, and of cleansing. What no longer aligns with us is left behind, while the new has yet to manifest.
A long winter.
These transitional phases are not always easy, but they are a blessing. The way is to be authentically connected to our inner truth, without compromise, and to have a clear sense of where to direct our energy - what truly matters and what direction we genuinely want to embrace.
Letting go of the layers and allowing the gold to emerge.
