🌐 Celebrating the impactful journey of ! 🎉
Recently concluding its final consortium meeting in , the project marked a significant milestone with a successful final conference hosted by The Maria Grzegorzewska University (APS) on January 31, 2024.

This collaborative effort brought together partners from diverse countries, fostering discussions and of policies supporting families and caregivers of ageing individuals with disabilities.
The global impact is evident not only in outcomes but also in the collaborative spirit instilled among participating nations. 🌍🤝

The consortium meeting on finalizing crucial tasks, including the Policy Recommendation Report, pilot testing the HUB, and delivering outcomes such as the Toolkit and Parental Guidebook. 📚🧑‍🤝‍🧑

As the project enters the pilot phase, feedback from each country will refine and improve deliverables, ensuring they meet specific community . The journey continues with participation in the ongoing pilot phase, ensuring Inclu-ageing's impact transcends borders.
