Whatever is here in front of you, inside you and beside you, shall pass.
Spring time is a time for birth.
For renewal -
Growth -
Awakening...
Awaken to the workings inside you.
The more you process what you’re feeling, the quicker it shall leave.
Feel it, truly embody it, and it’s gone.
Today’s Meditation:
Sit. Ground down. Breathe.
Identify a moment you felt the most:
Sad
Happy
Angry
Lonely
Loved (always end with love 💛)
🧘🏼♀️ Sit with each emotion for 2-5 minutes (set a timer if that feels safe)
👉🏽 Identify 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 you feel each emotion physically
🧠 What does it bring up for you mentally, spiritually, emotionally?
When we learn to feel our emotions, we are better able to release, let go, and come back to love.
