For an easy Sunday we went for (in theory eat today, but know they are fine for tomorrow too!) with 50% off.
Two salmon (one bowl was splt between two people), a large pack of (huge prawns) (so lots left for another meal tomorrow , and some potato slices (air-fried).
We had some handy lemon and oil dressing left over from another meal for the poke salad. And we pan-tossed the prawns in some soy sauce and maple syrup.
We always shop according to offers, discounts and yellow labels. It reduces the cost and makes for some amazing and unexpected meals!
Easy. Cheap. And very nutritious.
