In Reiki we learn that choosing to see the Divine within ourselves is not an act of arrogance, but an act of truth.
It is like lighting a candle in a room we have kept in darkness for far too long.

You have chosen to recognize yourself as an extension of Life, to respond with joy to the opportunities that come your way, to feel freedom vibrate through every cell of your being.
And yes, it would be wonderful to live every day in this state of grace.
It would feel natural, if only we had not forgotten who we truly are.

But the reality is that we often perceive ourselves as separate, alone, small.
It seems impossible to be a home for ourselves,
impossible to move in freedom,
impossible to feel like an extension of the Creator.

Why?

Because our life has been built upon layers of conditioning, fears, emotional inheritances, and beliefs we absorbed long before we had the ability to choose.
Reiki does not judge these layers: it sees them, acknowledges them, and gently invites us to melt them away, one breath at a time.

The path is not simple nor is it meant to be.
It is a sacred path, because it speaks of returning.
Returning to ourselves.
Returning to our origin.
Returning to the vibration of the soul.

It requires Trust.
It requires Consistency.
It requires Humility and Courage.
It requires the willingness to open to the day when you finally remember.

Is it worth it?
Absolutely yes.
It is worth it because this is not about improvement:
this is about Living.
Living the Life your soul came here to experience,
with your Light, your Truth, your rhythm.

Reiki accompanies you on this journey back,
not by taking you somewhere else,
but by bringing you exactly where you have always been:
within yourself,
in your inner home,
where the Divine breathes with you.

Each of us carries the Divine within, even those who say they do not believe, or who call it Consciousness, Human Nature, the One, or the All…
We have a heart that beats.
Trust your heart, listen to it. 💓

Nel Reiki impariamo che scegliere di vedere il Divino dentro di noi non è un gesto di presunzione, ma un atto di verità.
È come accendere una candela in una stanza che abbiamo tenuto al buio troppo a lungo.

Tu hai scelto di riconoscerti come estensione della Vita, di rispondere con gioia alle opportunità, di sentire la libertà vibrare in ogni cellula.
E sì, sarebbe meraviglioso vivere ogni giorno in questo stato di grazia.
Sarebbe naturale, se solo non ci fossimo dimenticati chi siamo.

Ma la realtà è che spesso ci percepiamo separati, soli, piccoli.
Ci sembra impossibile essere casa per noi stessi,
impossibile muoverci nella libertà,
impossibile sentirci un prolungamento del Creatore.

Perché?

Perché la nostra Vita è stata costruita sopra strati di condizionamenti, paure, eredità emotive, credenze che abbiamo assorbito quando eravamo troppo piccoli per scegliere.
Il Reiki non giudica questi strati: li vede, li riconosce, e con dolcezza ci invita a scioglierli, un respiro alla volta.

Il cammino non è semplice, e non deve esserlo.
È un cammino sacro, perché parla di ritorno.
Ritorno a sé.
Ritorno alla propria origine.
Ritorno alla vibrazione dell’anima.

Serve Fiducia.
Serve Costanza.
Serve Umiltà e Coraggio.
Serve l’impegno di aprirsi al giorno in cui, finalmente, ti ricordi davvero.

Ne vale la pena?
Assolutamente sì.
Ne vale la pena perché qui non si parla di migliorare:
si parla di Vivere.
Vivere la Vita che la tua anima ha scelto di sperimentare,
con la tua Luce, la tua Verità, il tuo ritmo.

Il Reiki ti accompagna in questo ritorno,
non portandoti lontano,
ma riportandoti esattamente lì dove sei sempre stata:
dentro te stessa,
nella tua casa interiore,
dove il Divino respira con te.

Ognuno di noi ha il Divino dentro di sé, anche se dice che non ci crede o lo chiama Coscienza, Natura umana o Uno o Tutto...
Abbiamo un cuore che batte, credi al tuo cuore, ascoltalo 💓

Sometimes life places us in front of a quiet truth:
we can be surrounded by people and still feel out of place.
We can be in a safe space and long to be somewhere else.
We can stand among friends and feel painfully misunderstood and alone.

It isn’t lack.
It isn’t fault.
It is a calling.

Reiki teaches us that every time we feel this “gap”
between what we live and what we feel,
a doorway is opening inside us.
A doorway inviting us to gently look at what we haven’t listened to yet.

When we cannot find our place in the world,
it is because we have not yet found it within ourselves.
When the words won’t come out,
it is because our inner voice is buried beneath too much noise.
When we feel misunderstood,
it is often because we are the first ones who don’t fully understand ourselves.

Reiki doesn’t judge this movement.
It receives it.

It reminds us that discomfort is a teacher,
that emotional loneliness is a threshold,
that the search for the “right place” is actually a return home.

Untying these knots doesn’t mean changing life outside of us
it means changing the way energy flows within us.

It loosens when we breathe more slowly.
It loosens when we place a hand over the heart and say:
“I see you. I won’t ignore you anymore.”
It loosens when we allow ourselves to be tired, fragile, uncertain.
It loosens when we let Reiki light up the corners where we’ve been hiding.

Then the world begins to respond.
People change color.
Places become more welcoming.
And we finally feel whole again.

Not because everything outside has changed,
but because inside we opened a space for truth:
our place is wherever we allow ourselves to be.
Our voice is wherever we are no longer afraid to listen.
Our freedom begins where we stop running from ourselves.

A volte, la vita ci mette davanti a una verità silenziosa:
Possiamo essere circondati da persone, eppure sentirci fuori posto.
Possiamo essere in un luogo sicuro, e desiderare di essere altrove.
Possiamo avere amici accanto, e sentirci incomprensibilmente soli.

Non è mancanza.
Non è colpa.
È un richiamo.

Il Reiki ci insegna che ogni volta che proviamo questo "disagio" tra ciò che viviamo e ciò che sentiamo,
si sta aprendo un varco dentro di noi.
Un varco che invita a guardare, con gentilezza, ciò che ancora non abbiamo ascoltato.

Quando non troviamo il nostro posto nel mondo, è perché non lo abbiamo ancora ritrovato dentro di noi.

Quando le parole non escono, è perché la voce interiore è coperta da troppi rumori.

Quando ci sentiamo incompresi, è spesso perché siamo noi i primi a non comprenderci davvero.

Il Reiki non giudica questo movimento.
Lo accoglie.

Ci ricorda che il disagio è un maestro,
che la solitudine emotiva è una porta,
che la ricerca del “posto giusto” è in realtà un ritorno a casa.

Sciogliere questi nodi non significa cambiare la vita fuori di noi,
significa cambiare il modo in cui l’Energia fluisce dentro di noi.

Si scioglie iniziando a respirare più lentamente.

Si scioglie appoggiando la mano sul cuore e dicendo:
“Ti vedo. Non ti ignoro più.”

Si scioglie permettendosi di essere stanchi, fragili, confusi.

Si scioglie lasciando che l’Energia del Reiki illumini gli angoli dove ci siamo nascosti.

Allora il mondo comincia a rispondere.
Le persone cambiano colore.
I luoghi diventano più accoglienti.
E noi torniamo a sentirci finalmente interi.

Non perché fuori sia cambiato tutto,
ma perché dentro abbiamo aperto un varco alla Verità:
il nostro posto è dove ci permettiamo di esserci.
La nostra voce è dove non abbiamo più paura di ascoltarci.
La nostra libertà è dove smettiamo di scappare da noi stessi.

On the Reiki path we learn
that everything that exists is relationship:
hands that offer, hearts that listen,
energies weaving together
like threads of light.

And so, if every being is part of the whole,
how could the wound of one woman
not vibrate inside another?

We were raised in separation:
to compete, to judge, to stay silent.
We learned to dim our own voice
so we wouldn’t disturb,
to bend our back
so we wouldn’t be called arrogant.
And while trying so hard to be “good,”
we forgot the truth
of how sacred we are.

Reiki invites us to return there,
to that luminous origin
where every woman is a temple
and every gesture an act of care.

When a woman suffers violence,
physical or invisible,
her energy cracks,
and that fracture runs through all of us.
Because suffering never belongs
to one body alone:
it is a field that expands,
a resonance asking to be heard.

This is why sisterhood is Reiki:
it is shared healing.
It is placing energetic hands
on another woman’s wounds
as if they were our own.

It is choosing not to judge
her path, her clothes, her story,
remembering that every woman
carries invisible scars
no eye can see
but energy can.

It is choosing to no longer be complicit
in the culture that wants us silent,
divided, small.
Because when two women unite,
the vibrational field changes,
it expands, it becomes stronger.
And men can no longer hide
behind power, fear, or entitlement.

In Reiki we learn that energy follows intention.
And the intention of sisterhood is this:
to protect, to illuminate, to remember.

To protect the one who has fallen,
to illuminate the one
who cannot see her way,
to remind her she is not alone,
and has never been.

The truth is that no woman
heals only for herself.
Every healing is a wave.
Every awareness a lighthouse.
Every gentle word a treatment
that keeps working
long after you stop noticing.

Sisterhood is Reiki
because it is an act of free love,
an offering of presence,
an “I am here,” with no conditions.

And so yes,
perhaps times are changing,
but the true energetic revolution begins
when women reach for one another
as we offer light
from heart to heart.

Sister of mine,
when I heal,
you heal too.
When you rise,
the whole world rises.

And Reiki has always known this.

che tutto ciò che esiste è relazione:
mani che donano, cuori che ascoltano,
energie che si intrecciano
come fili di luce.

E allora, se ogni essere è parte del Tutto,
come può la ferita di una donna
non vibrare anche dentro l’altra?

Siamo state educate alla divisione:
a competere, a giudicare, a tacere.
Abbiamo imparato a spegnere la nostra voce
per non disturbare,
a piegare la schiena
per non essere accusate di arroganza.
E mentre cercavamo di essere “giuste”,
abbiamo perso il ricordo
di quanto siamo sacre.

Il Reiki ci invita a tornare lì,
a quella origine luminosa
dove ogni donna è un tempio
e ogni gesto un atto di cura.

Quando una donna subisce violenza,
fisica o invisibile,
la sua energia si incrina,
e quella crepa attraversa tutte noi.
Perché la sofferenza non ha un corpo solo:
è un campo che si espande,
una risonanza che chiede ascolto.

Per questo la sorellanza è Reiki:
è guarigione condivisa.
È posare le mani energetiche
sulle ferite dell’altra
come fossero anche le nostre.

È smettere di giudicare il suo cammino,
il suo vestito, la sua storia,
per ricordarci che ogni donna
porta cicatrici invisibili
che nessun occhio può vedere,
ma l’energia sì.

È scegliere di non essere più complici
di quella cultura che ci vuole zitte,
divise, piccole.
Perché quando due donne si uniscono,
il campo vibrazionale cambia,
si espande, si fa più forte.
E gli uomini non possono più nascondersi
dietro il potere, la paura, la pretesa.

Nel Reiki impariamo che l’energia segue l’intento.
E allora l’intento della sorellanza è questo:
proteggere, illuminare, ricordare.

Proteggere chi è caduta,
illuminare chi non vede più la strada,
ricordarle che non è sola,
che non lo è mai stata.

La verità è che nessuna donna
si salva solo per sé.
Ogni guarigione è un’onda.
Ogni consapevolezza è un faro.
Ogni parola gentile è un trattamento
che lavora anche quando non lo vedi.

Sorellanza è Reiki perché
è un atto d’amore gratuito,
un’offerta di presenza,
un “io ci sono” senza condizioni.

E allora sì,
forse i tempi stanno cambiando,
ma la vera rivoluzione energetica
comincia quando le donne
si tendono la mano
come si tende la luce
da cuore a cuore.

Sorella mia,
quando io guarisco,
guarisci anche tu.
Quando tu ti rialzi,
si alza tutto il mondo.

E il Reiki lo sa da sempre.

On the Reiki path we learn that the “right place” is not somewhere we must find, but a space we must remember.
It is the place where energy comes down and settles, without asking for permission, without demanding perfection.
And yet, when we look at life only through human eyes, everything feels out of tune: we feel out of place, out of time, out of alignment.
We wish we were anywhere except where we are, as if reality were always a step behind our heart.

Reiki teaches us that this feeling is not a mistake: it is a calling.
It is the echo of the part of us that already knows who we are, waiting for us to reach it.
Every time we feel “wrong,” the energy invites us to breathe more deeply.
To return inward.
To return to ourselves.

The worth we look for in the eyes of others is a worth already written in our light.
The confirmation we chase outside is only the memory of something we have forgotten within.
It is not us who are lacking…
it is only trust that hasn’t yet found the courage to rise to the surface.

Reiki teaches us that our place cannot be earned: it can only be recognized.
That we don’t need to believe in something immense; we just need to believe in our presence, in that simple “I exist.”
And in that invisible thread that ties us to the Divine even when we don’t believe in it, even when we feel empty, uncertain, inadequate.

Our place is here.
Not because everything is perfect, but because we are here.
And that is enough.
Enough to begin, enough to heal, enough to feel “right” again.

È quello spazio in cui l’energia scende e si posa, senza chiedere permesso, senza pretendere perfezione.
Eppure, quando guardiamo la vita solo con gli occhi umani, tutto sembra stonare:
ci sentiamo fuori luogo, fuori tempo, fuori misura.
Vorremmo essere ovunque tranne che dove siamo, come se la realtà fosse sempre un passo indietro rispetto al nostro cuore.

Il Reiki ci insegna che questa sensazione non è un errore: è un richiamo.
È l’eco di quella parte di noi che sa già chi siamo, ma che aspetta che noi la raggiungiamo.

Ogni volta che ci sentiamo “sbagliati”, l’Energia ci invita a respirare più profondamente.
A tornare dentro.
A tornare a noi.

Il valore che cerchiamo negli sguardi degli altri è un valore già scritto nella nostra luce.
La conferma che inseguiamo fuori è solo la memoria di qualcosa che abbiamo dimenticato dentro.
Non siamo noi a mancare… è solo la fiducia che non trova il coraggio di salire in superficie.

Nel Reiki impariamo che il nostro posto non si conquista: si riconosce.
Che non serve credere in qualcosa di immenso:
basta credere nella nostra presenza,
in quel semplice
“Io esisto”, e in quel filo invisibile che ci lega al Divino anche quando non ci crediamo, anche quando ci sentiamo vuoti, incerti, inadeguati.

Il nostro posto è qui.
Non perché tutto sia perfetto, ma perché noi siamo qui.
E questo basta.
Basta per cominciare, basta per guarire, basta per tornare a sentirci “giusti”.

Today, November 25th, we are not remembering a headline.
We are remembering a silence that weighs heavy,
a wound that travels through time,
a missing word that could have saved a life.

Violence against women is not a distant shadow:
it is what is born when we forget how to be human.

We are all part of this story,
all responsible for what we choose to see
and what we choose to ignore.
Because violence does not begin with a gesture:
it begins with a lack of respect,
with a phrase said “as a joke,”
with a heart that stops listening.

And yet, a man cannot breathe without a woman,
and a woman cannot bloom without a man.
We are two halves of the same life,
two voices of the same breath,
created to complete each other, not to harm.

We need balance,
education that teaches value, not fear;
rules that protect,
common sense that heals,
respect that never needs to be asked for.

A society cannot stand on violence:
it would collapse under the weight of its own shadow.
Only Love can be a foundation,
only Love can be a home,
only Love can remind us who we truly are.

Today we are not marking a date:
we are lighting a promise.
The promise to choose kindness,
responsibility,
care.

Because Love, real Love
never strikes.
Real Love
only lifts.

Oggi, 25 novembre,
non ricordiamo un fatto di cronaca.
Ricordiamo un silenzio che pesa,
una ferita che attraversa il tempo,
una parola mancata che avrebbe potuto salvare una vita.

La violenza sulle donne non è un’ombra lontana:
è ciò che nasce quando ci dimentichiamo di essere umani.

Siamo tutti parte di questa storia,
tutti responsabili di ciò che scegliamo di vedere
e di ciò che scegliamo di ignorare.
Perché la violenza non inizia con un gesto:
inizia con una mancanza di rispetto,
con una frase detta per gioco,
con un cuore che smette di ascoltare.

Eppure, l’uomo senza la donna non respira,
e la donna senza l’uomo non fiorisce.
Siamo due metà della stessa vita,
due voci dello stesso respiro,
nati per completare, non per ferire.

Abbiamo bisogno di equilibrio,
di educazione che insegni il valore, non la paura;
di regole che proteggano,
di buon senso che guarisca,
di rispetto che non abbia bisogno di essere chiesto.

Una società non può reggersi sulla violenza:
crollerebbe sotto il peso della sua stessa ombra.
Solo l’Amore può essere fondamento,
solo l’Amore può essere casa,
solo l’Amore può ricordarci chi siamo davvero.

Oggi non celebriamo una giornata:
accendiamo una promessa.
Quella di scegliere la gentilezza,
la responsabilità,
la cura.

Perché l’Amore, quello vero,
non colpisce mai.
L’Amore, quello vero,
sostiene.
Sempre.

Nel cammino del Reiki esistono tre tappe interiori che si intrecciano e si richiamano a vicenda:
il cambiamento, la fiducia e il ricordo del Divino che vive in noi.

Sono come tre porte che si aprono quando torniamo a respirare, a sentire, a guardarci con sincerità.

Quando siamo presenti, il cambiamento diventa un movimento naturale dell’anima.
Si trasforma in evoluzione, in trasformazione, in quel “lasciare andare” che non fa rumore, ma libera spazio dentro di noi.
In questa visione consapevole, ogni passaggio della vita diventa un invito a rinascere, non a combattere.

Quando siamo centrati, la fiducia non è più uno sforzo ma un respiro che ci sostiene.
Ci sentiamo protetti, tenuti, guidati.
Non abbiamo più bisogno di difenderci da tutto e da tutti, perché scopriamo che non siamo soli, e che la Vita non è contro di noi.

Quando siamo in ascolto, il Divino dentro di noi smette di essere un concetto e torna ad essere un’esperienza.
Ci ricordiamo che siamo un’estensione dell’Uno, che la nostra esistenza non è un errore ma un atto d’Amore.
E da lì nasce una forza che non ferisce, ma illumina.

Ma quando guardiamo la realtà da un punto di vista solo umano, qualcosa cambia.

Il cambiamento diventa paura di non essere accettati.
La fiducia si trasforma in solitudine e sospetto.
Il Divino in noi si vela, e iniziamo a sentirci vittime, colpevoli, o addirittura carnefici quando non sappiamo come difenderci.

Non è una colpa.
È solo il risultato di come siamo cresciuti, dei meccanismi che abbiamo ereditato, delle ferite che abbiamo imparato a nascondere.

Il Reiki non è una parola magica.

È un cammino.
Un ritorno costante verso la parte più vera di noi.
Un percorso fatto di costanza, di impegno, di fiducia.
E quando ci permettiamo di attraversarlo, passo dopo passo, accade qualcosa di raro:
la nostra visione cambia, il nostro cuore si apre, e la vita stessa inizia a trasformarsi.

I have chosen to believe in myself.
And yet, at times, I still feel the need for someone’s gaze to tell me “you’re fine as you are.”
I search in others’ eyes for the worth that already lives in my heart, but that I struggle to recognize on my own.
And so I lose myself, I feel like a victim of what happens, as if my freedom were locked inside a cage with no door.

But that cage is made of wind,
of ancient fears,
of voices that no longer belong to me.

How can I set myself free?
Only by returning to myself.
Only by listening to that silent point where my true Self rests,
where everything is simple and true.

It is there that Reiki waits for me.
Reiki does not force, does not demand.
It is a breath that softens,
a warmth that mends,
a gentle touch that reminds me.

Every treatment is a return,
a step toward home,
an invitation to let fall what weighs me down
and welcome what brings light.

In Reiki I understand that my worth is not something to beg for,
but something to acknowledge.
That freedom is not something to conquer,
but something to remember.
That I am not what others see,
but what I choose to be.

I am free.
And when I truly embrace myself,
the cage disappears.
Only space remains.
Only light remains.
Only I remain.

Io ho scelto di credere in me.
Eppure, a volte, sento ancora il bisogno di uno sguardo che mi dica “vai bene così”.
Cerco negli occhi degli altri quel valore che già vive nel mio cuore, ma che faccio fatica a riconoscere da sola.
E allora mi perdo, mi sento vittima di ciò che accade, come se la mia libertà fosse rinchiusa in una gabbia senza porte.

Ma quella gabbia è fatta di vento,
di paure antiche,
di voci che non mi appartengono più.

Come posso liberarmi?
Solo tornando a me.
Solo ascoltando quel punto silenzioso dove il mio IO riposa,
dove tutto è semplice e vero.

È lì che il Reiki mi attende.
Il Reiki non forza, non pretende.
È un soffio che scioglie,
un calore che ricuce,
una carezza che ricorda.

Ogni trattamento è un ritorno,
un passo verso casa,
un invito a lasciar cadere ciò che pesa
e ad accogliere ciò che illumina.

Nel Reiki comprendo che il mio valore non si mendica,
si riconosce.
Che la libertà non si conquista,
si ricorda.
Che io non sono ciò che gli altri vedono,
ma ciò che io scelgo di essere.

IO sono libera.
E quando mi abbraccio davvero,
la gabbia scompare.
Rimane lo spazio.
Rimane la luce.
Rimango io.

How hard is it to live life with all the love we can, without trying to keep everything under control?
Today we talk about love and control… do they really go together?

At first glance they don’t, and yet, if we look honestly at how we behave… we do it all the time.
We organize, monitor, predict, observe every detail just to avoid discomfort or uncertainty.
But can we really keep everything under our control?
No.

The heart beats without asking for permission.
We breathe without asking for permission.
And life can change in an instant, with or without our approval.

When it comes to love, we sometimes act like detectives, installing invisible cameras in our minds, doubting, assuming, fearing.
But why?
To control what we do not trust.
And who is it that we don’t trust?
The person we chose to share life with… or ourselves?
Our own fear of not being enough, of being abandoned?

Love cannot be controlled.
Love must be lived.

I can already hear the comments:
“You’re too romantic… life doesn’t work like that!”
But no.
This is not romanticism, it is self-respect.

The first person we must learn to love is ourselves.
From there, everything falls into place: the people who share our life, our children, our parents, our friends, our colleagues.
If we don’t understand that love always begins within us, we will keep living a life that may function… but that will never truly feel like the life we deserve.

Quanto è difficile vivere la vita con tutto l’amore possibile, senza il bisogno di controllare ogni cosa?
Oggi voglio parlare proprio di questo: amore e controllo.
Possono convivere? A prima vista sembrano due note che stonano… eppure,
se osserviamo bene come viviamo, ci rendiamo conto che li intrecciamo continuamente.

È più forte di noi: organizziamo, controlliamo, scrutiamo ogni dettaglio per non trovarci impreparati.
Ma possiamo davvero tenere tutto sotto controllo?
La risposta è semplice: no.

Il cuore batte senza chiedere il nostro permesso.
Il respiro entra ed esce senza alcuna pianificazione.
Basta un istante e la vita può cambiare direzione, senza che noi possiamo impedirlo.

Quando parliamo d’amore, poi, il controllo diventa ancora più evidente: ci arrampichiamo su paure antiche, mettiamo “telecamere invisibili”, dubitiamo, tratteniamo, pretendiamo garanzie.
Ma in fondo, cosa stiamo cercando di controllare?
L’altro?
O la paura di non sentirci abbastanza e di essere abbandonati?

Nel Reiki impariamo una verità semplice e luminosa:
l’Amore non si controlla, si vive.
L’amore è un flusso, non una prigione; è presenza, non sospetto; è apertura, non paura.

E sento già le voci:
“Tu sei troppo romantica, la vita è un’altra cosa!”
No. Non è romanticismo: è rispetto per sé stessi.

La prima persona che abbiamo il dovere di amare siamo noi.
Solo da lì può nascere un amore sano verso gli altri: partner, figli, genitori, amici, colleghi.
Perché se dimentichiamo che l’amore inizia dentro di noi, finiremo per vivere un’esistenza che funziona, sì… ma che non assomiglia affatto a ciò che meritiamo.

Nel Reiki questo è il primo passo: tornare a noi, al nostro cuore, alla nostra verità.
Da lì tutto si allinea.
Da lì tutto fluisce.
Da lì l’amore può finalmente respirare.

How much is freedom worth to me?

We all long to be free, yet freedom often frightens us.
In Reiki we learn that being free means, first of all, being present, authentic, and responsible for our own energy.

Freedom requires us to set limits, to create healthy boundaries, to say “no” when our heart asks us to.
But that is exactly where fear arises: the other person may not understand, we might disappoint them or feel guilty.
And yet, in Reiki, a boundary is not a barrier: it is an act of love toward ourselves and toward others.

Being free means being autonomous, recognizing that just as we respect our own energy, we are also called to respect the energy of others.
But are we truly ready for that?
How many times do we feel trapped perhaps in a golden cage with the key already in the lock… and yet we refuse to see it?

Reiki invites us not to be seduced by words that taste like honey but do not nourish our truth.
Instead, it asks us to look into our heart, to listen to that quiet voice that knows who we are and why we are here.

But listening to the heart is frightening.
Looking within is frightening.
And yet, if we don’t take care of our unresolved wounds, who will do it for us?
No one.

In Reiki, freedom is not a reward: it is a daily choice.
A call to remember that our energy deserves respect, space, and truth.
And that only by moving through our fears can we return to inhabit our life with presence, light, and love.

Quanto vale per me la libertà?

Tutti desideriamo essere liberi, ma spesso la libertà ci spaventa.
Nel Reiki impariamo che essere liberi significa prima di tutto essere presenti, autentici, responsabili della nostra energia.

La libertà implica porre limiti, creare confini sani, dire “no” quando il nostro cuore ce lo chiede. Ma è proprio lì che nasce la paura:
"l’altro" potrebbe non comprenderci, potremmo generare delusione o sensi di colpa.
Eppure, nel Reiki, il confine non è una barriera:
è un atto d’amore verso noi stessi e verso gli altri.

Essere liberi significa essere autonomi, riconoscendo che così come rispettiamo la nostra energia, siamo chiamati a rispettare anche quella altrui.
Ma siamo davvero pronti?

Quante volte ci sentiamo in una gabbia, magari una gabbia dorata, con le chiavi già infilate nella serratura… eppure continuiamo a non vederle?

Il Reiki ci invita a non farci sedurre da parole che sembrano miele ma che non nutrono la nostra verità.
Ci chiede piuttosto di guardare nel cuore, di ascoltare quella voce silenziosa che sa chi siamo e perché siamo qui.

Ma ascoltare il cuore fa paura...
Guardare dentro di noi fa paura.
E tuttavia, se non siamo noi a prenderci cura dei nostri “insoluti”, chi potrebbe farlo al posto nostro?
Nessun altro.

La libertà, nel Reiki, non è un premio: è una scelta quotidiana.
Una chiamata a ricordarci che la nostra energia merita rispetto, spazio, verità.
E che solo attraversando le nostre paure possiamo tornare ad abitare la nostra Vita con presenza, luce e amore.

On the Reiki path we learn to slow down, to breathe, and to remember who we truly are.
Every time we inhale, the Universe whispers a simple and radiant truth:

I am free.
Free to let go of what no longer belongs to me, free to choose who I want to become, free from being a prisoner of the wounds that once taught me how to survive.

I am in my place.
In the exact space where my soul can grow, learn, and transform.
There is no mistake, no delay: every step I take is a perfect piece in the design of my life.

I am in the right moment, in the right place for me.
And even when I don’t understand it, the Universe is already working in my favor.
Synchronicity is not a coincidence: it’s a calling. It’s a “welcome, you’re on your way.”

I am unique and unrepeatable.
An essence that exists nowhere else and never will again.
My vibration is mine alone, and it is precisely this uniqueness that makes me a gift.

But then…
What am I willing to do to truly become all of this?
Am I willing to look at myself with honesty?
To let the masks fall away?
To stop begging for love and finally choose to offer it to myself?
Am I willing to believe that the Universe not only supports me, but already loves me?

Because only by loving ourselves can we understand how deeply we are loved.
Only by bringing our hands back to our heart do we remember our origin:

We are never alone.
Never.
There is always a light that follows us, guides us, and waits for us.
We just need to pause and allow ourselves to feel it.

Nel cammino del Reiki impariamo a rallentare, a respirare e a ricordarci chi siamo davvero.
Ogni volta che inspiriamo, l’Universo ci sussurra una verità semplice e luminosa:

Io sono libero.
Libero di lasciare andare ciò che non mi appartiene più, libero di scegliere chi voglio essere, libero di non restare prigioniero delle ferite che mi hanno insegnato a sopravvivere.

Io sono al mio posto.
Nel luogo esatto in cui la mia anima può crescere, imparare, trasformarsi.
Non c’è errore, non c’è ritardo: ogni passo che compio è un tassello perfetto nel disegno della mia vita.

Io sono nel momento giusto, al posto giusto per me.
E anche quando non lo capisco, l’Universo sta lavorando a mio favore.
La sincronicità non è un caso: è un richiamo. È un “benvenuto, sei sulla strada”.

Io sono unico e irripetibile.
Un’essenza che non esiste in nessun altro luogo, né mai esisterà.
La mia vibrazione è mia soltanto, ed è proprio questa unicità che fa di me un dono.

Ma allora…
Che cosa sono disposto a fare per diventare davvero tutto questo?
Sono disposto a guardarmi con sincerità?
A lasciar cadere le maschere?
A smettere di mendicare amore e scegliere, finalmente, di offrirlo a me stesso?
Sono disposto a credere che l’Universo non solo mi sostiene, ma mi ama già?

Perché è solo amando noi stessi che possiamo comprendere quanto siamo amati.
È solo riportando le mani sul cuore che ricordiamo la nostra origine:

Non siamo mai soli.
Mai.
C’è sempre una luce che ci segue, ci guida e ci aspetta.
Basta fermarsi e lasciarsi sentire.
