That first-morning-in-Rome feeling... A little sleepy, totally giddy, and buzzing with the excitement of what’s to come. This photo takes me right back to my first time in Italy, sitting on a piazza, sipping coffee, fresh off the plane, ready to meet friends and explore. The coffee just tastes better there. ☕️

I want to share that exact feeling with the six women I'm taking to Rome this March.✨

Imagine it: we'll walk down streets thousands of years old, learning about art and history from local Romans. We'll eat handmade pasta, taste freshly churned gelato, and share stories and laughter. It’s more than a trip; it’s about making memories and experiencing the soul of Italy together.

Sidenote on the yellow flowers: For over 70 years, it has been a tradition in Italy to give beautiful yellow mimosa flowers to women – whether wives, sisters or mothers and my first day in Rome was International Women’s Day. The restaurant owner gave me this one from his lapel after I asked why everyone was carrying this flower around the town. ✨ Made me feel like a local. 💖

Travel has always been more than just seeing new places for me. It’s about connection — to people, to culture, and to ourselves when we step outside of our everyday. I wanted to create experiences where kindness, curiosity, and community lead the way. That’s how Travel Kind was born. 💛

Had such a great second visit to today. Always a step back in time and yes, the Downton Abbey theme song played in my head most of the day. Lady Carnarvon shared her favorite parts of Christmas and several scones were consumed. It was a lovely day with . ❤️🎄✨🤍
