Good Morning!
But is it?
Like you, I woke up and checked the news on my phone only to be gutted by the most recent and devastating mass shooting in America. Probably like you, I am angry, sad, and worried. And possibly like you, I have no idea where to put my grief. I have so many opinions and ideas of how we can stop this but I am left with the question, “How can i??”
As I kissed my children goodbye this morning, I cried thinking of the parents who kissed their children yesterday and received unthinkable news at the days end. It is senseless and devastating and it must stop.
I don’t have all the answers, not by a long shot, but here is what I am offering:
1. Come and practice with me. Put down the phone for 45 minutes and join me to move through your grief. Grief that is not physically processed stays in the body. Let’s help it through.
2. Each cent I make this week will go towards

Our theme? Balance.
In class, this will look like a thorough warm up to get the heat rate up, deep leg work and long holds to build strength and balance, and an extra breath work to soothe the central nervous system. Even if you only have 30 min, join me. Even if you can only take 15 min of class, join me. I do email recordings, so if you want to take part but you can’t, let me know and I will send you a recording.
I don’t know how to end this devastating violence, but I do know creating a supportive, loving community helps.
I look forward to seeing you and moving through this together.
