On my next adventure in Mexico this time and on a retreat full of yoga and Sweatlodge.

Although have done some yoga before I have never experienced a Sweatlodge so looking forward to it although a little anxious I have to say!

Whatever the picture you have of how you would like your life to be or how you would like to spend your time, what are YOU doing to achieve it or get closer to it?

These things just don't happen, irrespective of how much you meditate, set intentions and repeat positive affirmations; you have to take ACTION!

What action are you taking to bring about what you want?
For me, hiring a coach got me from dreaming to achieving! I know that it could be the same for you.

I cannot tell you how my desire for freedom has been satisfied from coming to Sicily for 6 weeks. I went through the fear (all of the reasons why not) and came through to my freedom and love it!

Being a self-employed life coach and solicitor doing both remotely has allowed me to do this and now I’m so inspired to do more! Watch this space and my LV Coaching space!

Really looking forward to my vocal lesson this afternoon with the lovely Lori Williams. I still cannot believe that out of lockdown, I have the pleasure of listening to an interview with Lori with my friend DJ Sapphire Jazz when Lori mentioned that, as well as a successful career in singing, she also gave vocal lessons! How lucky am I?

She is so inspirational and has really made me focus on what I want out of my singing. Thank you Lori Williams and thank you Sapphire Jazz ❤
