Dorina is a mother of six, an Italian-American Chef trained under 5-star chefs and Italian Nonnas, and the passionate force behind the Roseto Effect revival movement. With 30+ years of experience nurturing holistic health in her home, Dorina helps families reclaim the power of shared meals to transform relationships, mental health, and longevity. She’s a former restaurant owner, nationally licensed soccer coach, a trained Christian counselor and life coach, and a social media marketing expert—blending life skills, connection, and creativity in everything she does. Dorina now lives full-time in her ancestral village of Roseto Valfortore, Italy, where she’s building a kitchen studio to film her show and host immersive experiences. This is why I do what I do. I was lucky enough to be able to spend the time with MY Nonna. I learned her ways of cooking. I learned her recipes that didn't have measurements. And this is what I'm trying to share with all of you. Because it's the handfuls and pinches and sort of recipes, the laughs, the crumbs all over the place, the stories that bond us, the traditions, that connect us and make us who we are...that make us all family. Let's Get Back to the Table! It's where everything important in life takes place.
