Note from the founder Liz Sung
Through SAMAYA, I’ve spent the last ten years pouring my heart into creating intentional objects that support the most important work we can do — meditation cushions, landing spaces for rest, healing, and inner transformation.
Behind the scenes, I tethered to my spiritual practice through the highs and lows, ebbs and flows, and rollercoaster that is life. I continued to study closely with my longtime Vajrayana teacher who has been my root guide in Buddhist dharma, Tibetan Yoga, and Sowa Rigpa (aka Tibetan Medicine) — valuable and precious teachings and practices that helped me immensely physically and mentally.
This spring I’ll be offering the Tibetan Yoga Series — a three-part journey rooted in the healing tradition of the Medicine Buddha. These practices have guided my own life and work for years, and I’m excited to finally share them with the wider community in a more accessible way.

Open to all levels, this series is well suited for beginners as well as practitioners looking for consistency within a supportive group.
Participants have the option to register for the individual 3-month modules or the entire 9-month series.

Focus: Loong (Winds, Breath, Energy)

Focus: Thiglé (Subtle Essence)
