Self-care is both an art and a science—much like baking these cookies.
I started with an objective—gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sugar, and high-fiber.
And chocolate. Always chocolate.
I knew a few key ingredients had to be added to make it all come together - that's where the science comes in.
The batter wasn’t perfect at first, but my experience and patience guided me.
I made a few adjustments and got the result I was after.
Self-care works the same way.
It’s about finding the right mix of ingredients that align with you and your needs in this chapter of life.
