My individual sessions will meet your unique needs.

I’ll support you to focus your attention and identify where and how past trauma and traumatic stress is being stored in the physical body and how it manifests itself in health and life conditions.

This may include CHRONIC TENSION, PAIN SYNDROME as well as BEHAVIOURS THAT ARE NO LONGER SERVING YOU.
As a client, you will be supported to identify the connection between physical tension and pain with trauma and family system related patterns.

During the session, we will use Family Constellation and Trauma healing (SE) methods to connect to, mobilise and start to release trauma and stress-related physical, emotional and mental tension.

HOW WE WILL WORK

✨ BRING TO LIGHT
We’ll look deeply into your current situation. I use the Family Constellation method to help you recognise the unconscious dynamics that run your life and find the root cause behind your problem. It can stay in your own past or in the past of your family system. Once we find it, the healing process starts.

✨ ACKNOWLEDGE
Bringing the root causes of your problem to the light of conscious mind gives you freedom of choice. They rule your life only if they stay at subconscious level.

✨ RELEASE
All our traumas are stored in the physical body in the form of energy blockages. After the root cause is brought to the Conscious level and acknowledged, we release stuck and frozen in trauma energy through your body.

✨ REWIRE
We apply Ta**ra and Family Constellation techniques in creating for you new experiences that displace trauma with feelings and emotions supporting you in living your most authentic life..

We all long for harmonious satisfying relationships.
Deep inside we know that it’s our birthright. But very rarely do we experience it in real life….. Why?

We believe that the way we relate with our partner is the act of our free will.
Yes, partly it is. But often we are not aware that we just playing out unfinished relationships with parents, projecting on partner childhood wounds and conditioning.
We unconsciously look for a partner similar to the parent of the opposite s*x, we unconsciously imitate our parents behaviour or rebel against it, to name just a few…

We’ll work in small groups of 3-4 people, so during the workshop you will receive 2 individual Constellations and will have an experience as a representative in 4 Constellations for other members of your group.

My unique approach 🌿

We all are looking for happiness and harmony.
Deep inside we feel that somehow to be loved, accepted and appreciated is our birth right. But very rarely do we really find it…. Why is it so?

After my nearly 20 years of working with people in different countries, I realized that our communication with the outer world is happening through our personal experience.
We can connect, meet, comprehend only something we already experienced.

When we long for a happy harmonious relationship with a partner, parents or children but have no previous experience of it, it’s very difficult to create it.

So the missing link between you and the harmonious relationship you want to manifest is your lack of experience!

The uniqueness of Back to the flow method is that I bring together my expertise in Ta**ra and Family Constellation in order to create for you this experience. ✨

Hello, I’m Abhika, an international teacher and healer with 20 years experience working with people, supporting them to find RELAXATION and EASE in all aspects of their life.✨

I’m Ta***ica, Meditator, Family Constellation therapist, Tango dancer, business woman and a mother of a teenage daughter.

I’m trained in Ta**ra, Family constellations and Trauma healing (SE).

Why do I feel confident to guide you through the process of overcoming your life issues?

Because I have gone through it myself.
For years I was stuck in unhealthy relationships, meeting the same type of partner, repeating the same dynamics of conflict, power games and revenge…till one day I became really sick and tired of that vicious circle.
That was the moment when my search began.

It started with Ta**ra, where for the first time in my life I discovered what does it mean to be a woman, how to give and how to receive, how to meet the man from the space of Love and Awareness. 🫂

But I was still repeating the same patterns in my relationships… Something was driving me, pulling the strings, and I had no idea what and why.

That is how I came across Family Constellation.
During the Family Constellations session I discovered that, unconsciously, I was taking revenge on my partner. It was trauma that originated from my family’s history, and for generations it kept manifesting itself again and again, making me feeI trapped in a loop. The discovery was the beginning of my healing.

Now, practicing Ta**ra and Family Constellations for almost 20 years, I found answers about the nature of femininity, s*xuality, love and spirituality that opened me up to a whole new level of understanding.

I’m here to share with you the wisdom that completely changed my life, making it so much more relaxed, happy, adventurous and juicy. 🔥

Il Massaggio Kashmiro Ta***ico è un rituale di massaggio morbido e sensuale del nord dell'India, proviene dalla tradizione dello shivaismo del Kashmir. Unisce il maschile, il femminile, il tuo bambino interiore e la tua divinità interiore. Il ricevente entra in contatto profondo con queste quattro energie.
Il massaggio viene fatto in modo sicuro e nella fiducia, quindi qualunque guarigione debba avvenire, avviene senza che il donatore abbia l'obiettivo di curare il ricevente.
Tutto il corpo viene toccato sensualmente, senza concentrarsi su parti specifiche del corpo.

Cosa impareremo insieme:
Meditazioni ta***iche per aprire la tua energia.
L’arte del tocco consapevole con amore e presenza.
Pratica di Tandava per entrare nel flusso con tutto il corpo nel massaggio.
Imparare a conoscere e sentire la differenza tra la tua energia tra maschile e femminile (dare e ricevere).
Risveglio dei sensi attraverso meditazioni ta***iche.
Imparare a muovere l’energia di tutto il corpo attraverso il respiro e il fluire delle emozioni.
