Whew… this one was emotional 🥹💚 but so necessary. Thank you to every woman who showed up, opened up, and poured into this experience. The energy, the tears, the laughter — it was all healing in motion.

This workshop reminded us that growth isn’t always pretty, but it’s powerful. 💫 Thank you to my team, vendors, and every soul who helped make this vision come to life. Together, we’re creating a space where women can show up fully — mind, body, and soul.
